  1. I just wish Cam could have been the QB he was expected to be.
  2. For anybody to have witnessed first hand, what Ron Rivera went through while he was here, and be so fuging stupid/ignorant to say Rivera can't coach... all I got to say it keep telling yourself that. Say it all you want about Rhule. That way ya don't come off as some Crack addicted conspiracy theorist.
  3. Lamar Jackson just has overplayed his value, and now we get people pointing fingers at others as if it's their fault. fug! You can fix stupid.
  4. MHS, I appreciate the work you did here. It opened my eyes to how slight/light the receivers are in the second round. While they might be talented, I think that puts the edge guys as the bigger BPA in that round. Blocking defensive ends like what we'll be after can be had later in the draft. Corners always seem to be good day 3 picks. If it were me, which thank God it isn't, I'd go Edge in the 2nd, receiver in the 3rd.
  5. Forgive me, if I take a man by his word. I never said the man couldn't play football. And this is the issue, if someone doesn't want to believe here on the huddle, it just didn't happen. This why saying anything on the huddle is just so much fun. Go argue with yourself, I really don't care. I know what the man said. God Bless.
  6. All the more reason he was overrated coming out of College. I still believe he'll be a good quarterback. Sure hope the jags win with him before he closes to be done with something that he admits, is not a passion for him.
  7. My opinion was from watching the interview in which he actually said what he said. No spin. I don't base opinions off bullshit. I don't put spin on things. I'm a shoot from the hip, don't sugar coat it.
  8. Lawrence turned me completely off of him when he expressed his lack of a desire to be great. That football was just a job to him. fug that.
  9. One of things I admired most of Joe Montana, that while being a natural leader of men, a natural field general, he was humble. He was an everyone's Joe, if you know what I mean.
  10. Let another team have him. He won't see the field here.
  11. You're assuming way too much. It was just a headline on my news feed. Lol
  12. Haven't read the thread. Just offering up my opinion. Sam has the talent to be a good starting QB in this league. He's been hosed by 2 different teams. I can't blame him for taking the opportunity in San Fran. He may not be able to hold off Purdy once he's healthy, but he certainly has a good opportunity to resurrect his career. At the very least, extend it.
  13. I appreciate all the work your doing that actually supports what I've been saying.
  14. So many assumptions being made before Y'all even see what they plan to do with the Chinn. Patience.
  15. Panthers down to two QB choices at No. 1, don't view Bryce Young's size as concern, https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/2023-nfl-draft-panthers-down-to-two-qb-choices-at-no-1-dont-view-bryce-youngs-size-as-concern-per-report/
  16. I'm just not sure why you think I'm in disagreement. I just said it'll always be a concern. Read, damnit.
  17. Agreed, but I'll also add the health of any QB is a concern. How many bigger guys did we start last season alone, due to injury? Health will always be a concern.
  18. Flutie played in the NFL also. So whom doesn't know what he's talking about? Fact is, Flutie had a very LONG career as a pro QB. Winning multiple championships in Canada, before finally given an opportunity in the NFL. Spi. That how you want, he was 5'10, 180lbs, and had a long healthy pro career.
