But he won’t be available next year when Rhule actually gets fired.

I’m old enough to remember when under a certain HC we played pretty well in December.

A lot of teams didn’t think Cam was their future, we aren’t alone. Cam can still be a good qb but you don’t build a team around a 32 year old.

Take every player minus Brady who has started at LT, look at the average length of their arms and tell me how great they are.

Maybe because it’s almost a decade later and we suck. Maybe because fans are fed up with owners and management making terrible decisions. Maybe because there is a clear pattern showing that college coaches don’t work out in the NFL.

Go back to last years draft. They said he was a 2nd round guard and a third round tackle. They had to know when they drafted him that they didn’t think he could be an NFL tackle which basically means they went thru the entire draft without addressing the position. Thats all you need to know about the Matt Rhule era.

Firing Brady isn’t going to improve the o-line, it won’t magically turn Rhule and Co into masters at in-game adjusting. Yeh, we can beat the Cons. Sure , we could get extremely lucky and beat the Bucs if they rest guys the last game, we could even beat the Bills and Aints. But the chances of that happening are about as good as me getting laid by a porn star.

Maybe if we play better and get penalized less we can beat Clemson in the championship game next year.

Panthers have been around for over two decades, not once have we had consecutive winning seasons. The original owner was an “NFL” man who refused to put our logo at midfield and demanded we keep aging vets around because he liked them. And oh yeh, he was a bit of a pervert. Now we have Dave Tepper, worth over 14 billion and a former minority partner with the Steelers. In a very short time he has fired multiple employees and replaced some with upgrades, others not so much. He hired Matt Rhule who proceeded to surround himself with people he “felt comfortable” with which means a bunch of college guys. We had a promising first season, but now are getting blown out by cellar dwellers. Dave Tepper wants his stadium full of rabid money spending fans, and as fans we want something to go crazy over. Until that happens he can expect more of what he’s seeing right now.

Sounds to me like someone is way to much into analytics and not enough into actually evaluating talent. A freaking blind person could see Brady is far better at LT than any of our other options.

I’m legit confused about why Rhule hesitates to put BC outside… does he think Brady is too old to play LT?

Aints paying him like he’s a competent starter is funny every time I think about it.

Didn’t read the entire post so I’m not sure if the terrible management of our o-line was mentioned. Rushing on the first day of free agency to sign two guys who have proven nothing is not something a competent FO does.

Snow should stop dropping him into coverage.
