This franchise will succeed under Rhule but his moves this offseason are critical. OC has to hit. OL must get better. QB……feels like a dream to fix it all but who knows…it is possible

This is a game that win or lose doesn’t really matter in terms of draft position. A win Sunday, I think, would be huge for this team. Rhule is back…good…lets go kick Tampas ass on the road. Gotta stop this bullshet losing streak

Absolutely he is…he is going to spend to win and this guy cares about winning. It isn’t like he has been an owner long either, he needs time too. I don’t think the average fan who needs instant gratification (like most people do these days) realize that constant restarts aren’t the answer. This team is better than when Rhule took over but finding an elite QB is probably the hardest thing you can do. Rhule mentioned the OL needs investment bigtime. Its not like he doesn’t see that.

Watched the tape I can on Pickett and the guy does have mobility and a decent arm. I don’t see a top 10 pick though. I do not like he will be 24 before next season and the fact that he didn’t do really much of anything before this season. Also, level of comp in the ACC is very suspect. Matt Corral IMO will be the first QB picked but he is also a huge gamble. If Sam Howell drops to round 2 he will be a steal. Howell is a guy I have seen many times and he is constantly good. Not great but good. Will be amazingly interesting to see if he can improve or if he has hit his ceiling

True…it has taken Bacot some time to be more fundamentally sound but his improvement lately is a really nice sign. He is a load inside and very skilled with his move set there. Another year and he could absolutely go first round. Totally believe that.

All addressable in the offseason…this team is a lot closer to winning than people here know A defense that will almost certainly finish top 2 is an amazing accomplishment

The OC hire will be absolutely critical if Rhule wants to succeed. He has to get a proven pro level OC

I really think it would be beneficial if he stays for his senior year. Carolina obviously will be much better if he stays. The team could be pretty good with depth next year if this happens.

Well actually both are winners overall. In college. You can be unhappy that Matt Rhule hasn’t turned this around but compared to a warthog like Meyer he is a saint.

I don’t think comparing Meyer with Rhule is very fair to Matt. Completely different people in terms of integrity and personality.
