He was an underachiever and overhyped for sure but he had some positives, terrible to me is a smidge too far. Next to Rhule he looks good.

1) We need another big guy on the field or to find better big guys if we are only rolling with 2. Just make it 3-4 instead of 2-4. 2) My 1 fixes this one and allows them to roam. 3) They need to find a LBer to play with Shaq. Solid but balanced guy. 4) Learn to adapt and create better matchups. We have not been doing this well at all.

Hopefully by the time that deadline approached everyone with 2 braincells to rub together will know that Rhule is not the answer and we can get the search started. I can't imagine any pitch where a 3rd year doesn't result in PSL payments going into default. It's that bad in Pantherland.

Snow at least looks like a real football coach. He could be very good with a real head coach over him. Maybe get him the right guys up front to run his D without being run vulnerable. I think Rhule would do anything to keep Snow with him, as stated he is Rhule's meal ticket.

Cam is proving that Rhule is officially a joke of a HC and doesn't have a clue how the NFL works. All that was suspected, it's just obvious when Rhule coddles Sam and then immediately blames Cam who had a better game than Sam multiple times this year. Ohh, and the fact that Rhule put in PJ who goes on to throw an immediate INT was just perfect. The playbook is a joke, the playcalling is predictable and the coaching up is non-existent. It's looking like Rhule can't work with any coaches or players that are not in his cult of worship. Cam looks to be keeping it completly professional and Rhule looks like a clown shaped shitstain.

Anyone that says Rhule can fix this is not watching our games or team. Ellis already nailed this in his last podcast. SI is just another walking dead sports entertainment company spouting nonsense.

Pay the man. He is produces and is a great piece to build around. There are guys under contract we can ditch to create cap space. Erving, Elf, Darnold and Anderson would be easy targets. We would lose so much more than just a year. Who that we want to keep will lose their minds? Who would resign here? We are already seeing the stress the losing is creating. If we keep Rhule, just play Sam into another top 10 pick. Trade back and get an OG or 2 and a C. If we get a new HC and keep the GM, it will be a QB (that guy doesn't know jack about olinemen). Cam is easily the best option over the 2 turds the idiots running the team went into the year with. Yes, even an old and run down Cam is better than the 2 duds this staff just loved lol. Of all of the people to be mad with, why Cam? He literally brought a litmus test to the situation and we all know now that this staff is not qualified to be in the NFL. It's confirmed. The fact Rhule dislikes him and sends in his reject who puts up worse numbers quicker is just making everything easier, as a team and fan base. Thank you Cam, you made this year somewhat fun for a time and helped exposed the morons running the team. Even Dalry, Erving and Elf are not to blame. They stink and shouldn't be employed but that is still on the staff.

Anyone the runs their mouth and burns bridges the next few weeks. So Brown looks to be headed that way. CMC is probably untreadable but if he wants to stay at RB his time is up one way or the other. There is going to be a need to part ways with guys, the situation is getting ugly and headed to worse. Erving, Daley and Elf need to GTFO regardless.

Got drunk, played some video games, felt bad for Cam and laughed at the joke that was our staff. I still think Tepper needs to hire someone competent to be Football God here to decide everything. We could easily chew through a handful more of coaches and GMs before Tepper learns enough to hire a real staff and run this organization with any kind of competency. If it looks like Tepper won't do that or won't learn and just becomes another Phins, Jets or Jags level owner then it's a wrap. We can hope for new employees, if the owner commits to being awful then it's just self punishment at that point. Thankfully we have not hit that level yet.
