Id say this if Reich lands both, horn will have to un-buckle his seat belt. One angle is Big Mike thinks Moore is his successor in-waiting...... I will say some, but not many......Luvu for sure and to a degree shaq.....but its a mentality thats missing form the other players. In my eyes Chinn took one&half step back, dont care about his injury. Dawkins was one the scariest mofos on the field come kickoff. Chinn can try alll he wants, but hes not 1% there....besides Dawkins would be kicked out before halftime now with the rules. Totally different game. Horn would be fine too, but hes got other issues. Just Jim had mastered the art of the biltz and was able to coach the players in that sense. You have to trust a player to sack the QB in order to call a biltz form a odd setting.

I fully agree, I miss watching Jim Johnson call a game. He was one of the few coaches, that they were the cause of me watching. Still I hope when Frank throws the net, he includes some DC that he hated to play against. Both Andy and JJ grew tons going against each in practices. Jim was fearless in calling biltzs and I'll be dammed if they didnt work. They never had super "elite" pass rushers either(unless u got hugh dougles as HOFer), it was JJ bring heat! Brian Dawkins was worth the ticket price too.

I like both Kris Richard and Manuel. Fill up two defense spots with both.

Brain baker was here 2009-2010 as DL coach and it was sad....... That was aaaa long time ago and people can improve. But it was rough. Brother I want to say, you increased the forum bears IQ since you came here. Keep it up!

I not no issue with wilks as DB coach, I feel hes one of the top DB coaches in all of football. DC.........hes likes to biltz, not much else....super MEH here and he wouldnt be in my top 30 here. Again panthers can do better than wilks and im glad they choose to....

I feel about the same about quinn, its a "meh" heavy "MEH" if gus is pick...... i would complain some, but st least understand the reasons. DE Ben Banogu (27) is one Im familiar with. He was a 2nd rounder if Im correct, fell that far. I had him as a solid 1st. I always look for 2s,3,and other mid rounders. They dont have the 5th year tag and if they made it to the end of their rookie contract, thats impressive. Plus I already see lots of DEs....panthers need those.

I seen Rusty Jones, but I believe hes retired....... for me this hire is just as important as ANY. Players spent more time with the strength coach than any other coach. It matters.

Those are the only two that are worth keeping. While everyone is talking coaches and should....... Besides DC and OC, maybe the most important hire is the strength coach and his staff.. @Mr. Scot do you have any information on strength coach that may land with frank&panthers?

Bro, this a fact held by many. He just ran into a bad injury deal, but before.......many high IQ footbal that know, had Leonard as the best MLB in all of ball.... He was just like luke and game changing too. I hope the panthers look into a bargain trade for him.

If you look around the league, frank has effected the NFL somewhat. Recently too, lots of young minds. I think it was the biggest difference between him and wilks- staff. I believe you will approve of his hires, maybe one or two will be ?????? why, no not him(like Brian Baker).....
