  1. Before the season started my bar for him was to just pass for at least 100 yards by halftime. He can't even do that.
  2. I don't, but I'm glad he had it. It's painfully obvious to us as fans that Bryce is terrible and I'm sure it's even more painfully obvious for the players because they practice and play with the guy. You can defend the human being, but the player? nah, get him out of here.
  3. Mayfield and Darnold may look better with what we have now on offense. I think it did Darnold good to sit for a year and recompose. He looks good in MN now but that's been consistent with his play: start out good then crash. I hope Tepper has grown awareness into the negative impact of his meddling and will change his ways.
  4. Clausen at least attempted deep passes. Cam recently said that after Clausen wanted to charge an extreme amount of money for #2 jersey, Cam made it his mission to make everyone forget about Jimmy Clausen. I hope we can find a QB next year that will make it his mission to make us forget that BY ever existed.
  5. People came up with so many irrational defenses for the guy. the positive I take from all this, first two weeks of the season, is that the majority of the media is now seeing that Bryce is terrible. Most of the fandom now has accepted that Bryce is terrible. There’s now more unity than before in terms of acknowledging that Bryce is the Achilles heel. He’s Teddy Bridgewater lite on his best days and everyone wanted him out.
  6. He only has confidence in training camp because he knows he can’t get hit. His play only translates to rookie mode on madden, and he can’t hang with all-madden.
  7. Yeah, what “ball placement specialist” for sure. More like ball placement specialist behind or around the LoS only. His S2 scores have really translated to his onfield success. remember when Stroud said he’s a player and not a test taker?
  8. It just dawned on me as to why he kept rubbing his arms and shoulders during that presser. He's setting the stage to have some kind of injury to his arms which would necessitate him sitting. I don't care if it's a phantom injury to save face. Just bench him.
  9. a lot of anxiety in answering questions and self-soothing behaviors. I'll give him credit for facing the media and answering questions after sucking for another game. he's content with just saying the right things but not actually doing the right things. he is who he is, time to move on.
  10. at this point this team isn't even facing adversity. it's just self-inflicting wounds caused by trotting out a team cancer. remove him and the team might not start winning, but will at least be competitive which would ultimately improve morale.
  11. JC made up for that TD he gave up. He atoned for his mistake in the game. Can’t say that about QB1.
  12. Yes. yet there are still folks out there defending him and saying everyone else is the problem expect him.
  13. Needs to start with Tepper. If that’s what he did in making his money, cutting Rhule and Reich, he can do the same with Bryce. Will he do it? Should’ve been done yesterday, but I don’t get the commitment to something that is clearly not working.
  14. Im sure Tepper told him in last Monday’s meeting that “our QB is Bryce.” just listening to the presser that positivity in his voice is gone, and it’s only week 2.
  15. The media and possibly league still thinks that Bryce is a superstar and that it’s the Panthers holding him back (even though he has shown nothing). Trade him for anything. better yet, cut him. Worst bust in history of NFL.
  16. welp, 0-2 is official. nothing in Bryce's history has he shown that he's capable of leading a comeback like this. every given sunday doesn't apply to this Bryce-led team.
  17. Gerber needs to get benched. He is a franchise killer.
  18. My condolences. I'll keep you and your family in prayer. Even if this team isn't doing so, you Keep Pounding my brother.
  19. If TD means what he means about wanting the organization to do well, then can start off by doing something with our current QB1. Bench the guy. Make him earn it.
  20. What defines a "dawg' to me is someone who hates to lose and will do all they can to avoid losing. That was Cam Newton. Even on his worst days he gave 110% effort. Bryce is content with just being gifted the QB1 position and being QB1 on paper.
  21. I was in SF two weeks ago and saw a guy wearing a panthers hat on the Golden Gate Bridge. I approached him, shook his hand for being so bold, and tried to talk Panthers with him but he just shook his head and smiled. My kids pulled my attention away and that was the end of that interaction. I don’t know if he understood me, could hear me through all the wind, it was just a hat he found, or was just embarrassed. My wife thinks he didn’t understand English, but I think he was just embarrassed because it was just a hat he had to wear of a terrible team.
