    Patriots get: 2021 1st round, 8th overall; Teddy Bridgewater Panthers get: 2021 1st round, 2021 3rd round, 2022 2nd rounder, Cam Newton. lol had to be the one.

    My dream scenario is that Teddy will start the first game of the season, get benched during halftime, Darnold comes in and leads a last second come from behind win. Rhule sticks with Darnold for the remainder of the season and we make it all the way to the Super Bowl. This is almost dejavu.

    It would do him (Fields) a disservice for accepting #1 because he’ll infinitely be compared to the last person who donned the number. For example, Bradberry wearing 24 after Norman’s exit.

    Yeah we have no room to talk. Also, we shouldn't be laughing about their cap situation because at least they were trying to win while we were content with losing.

    Too bad he retired on a high note vs. the Panthers. first ballet HoF. Will miss him in madden.

    I'd even argue that Teddy, in his lone (most likely) season as the starting QB for the Panthers, had better weapons than Cam ever did his entire Panthers career. Yet, Teddy was 0-8 in game winning/tying drives.

    Nobody's immune to complacency. He's blessed to have another shot in the NFL.

    NFL rigged it for Mahomes last year. They asked him to return the favor this year.

    After reports of Panthers offering Bridgewater in the trade package to Detroit for Stafford, it would be weird and awkward to include him in that picture. It's pretty obvious that he's not part of 2021's plans, which is a breath of fresh air having a coaching staff that is willing to admit that they made a mistake.

    Bridgewater dug is own grave when he decided to throw the coaches under the bus. The main thing I got from that presser was that TB5 is on his way out.
