Burns is literally just a pass rusher. You can site his leadership, but his main on field contribution is pass rushing. I know Reddick was a one year rental, but lets not lie about why he wasnt retained. He is on a 3 year 45m contract and we are going to give Burns something like 5 years 140m.

The guy that just had 16 sacks and was an all pro is too much but we are going to pay Burns more than he makes... I know he wanted to go play in Philly, say that instead of saying he cost too much when we are going to break the bank for a guy who has never had more than 12.5

The only reason I can see is because they have Derek Carr as a top 5 NFC QB because the QBs in our conference are so shitty. You have Stafford, Dak, and Hurts who are clearly better than him, then a bunch of nothings like Goff, Geno, Murray. Carr probably slots in there with Cousins around 5 or 6 as of now. I do think Allen sucks as a HC and the saints are being overrated, but our team is unproven right now. Hopefully we put them in their place when the games start.

Johnathan Taylor had 1800 yards and 18 TDs on 332 attempts in Reich's offense just 2 seasons ago.... I dont think Wilks has ever produced a running game close to that level.

I feel like HoF QBs should have some kind of personal accolades, MVP, super bowl MVP, all pros, something....these guys have none of that. Pro bowls are pretty watered down and thats all they have.

Kurt has 2 MVPs, 2 1st team all pros, and a super bowl MVP, anyone with that kind of bling at QB is a sure fire HoF'er.
