  1. Yes but the issue is we are not going with 4. Qbs and Darnold is a much better back up that PJ and that says something. Given Corral is going to be on the roster and no one is trading for Darnold it makes zero sense to not give them the reps. PJ is here due to his tie to Rhule, that’s it and it shows. That cronyism is not what should be displayed a team of young guys competing for a spot imo.
  2. people are upset because they claim him the future of the franchise like a bunch of madden players who don’t know poo, wanting him to start lol once again we will be lucky if he is a good backup and yes it will take time why so hard to understand if you haven’t spent even a little time following football?
  3. Baker is also trash. Both have a decent arm and elusiveness which will flash in preseason, but game time pressure and i decision making will not bode well for either them It literally doesn’t matter imo…but yea I’ll try and stfu until October
  4. Not even close, I already did the stats and analysis several years ago, shortly after the SB run. People severely overvalue the super appearances. For example the Jets lost the champ game, we won ours but then lost the SB. That simple fact alone makes people think we are beyond better than them. But diving deeper down to W/L, strength of schedule and even down to stats, as of 2017/18 the Panthers were in the bottom 30%. Of course you can always change up metrics to fit the narrative. I find bigger picture metrics of the success of a franchise are more important than ‘SB appearances’ Such as wins, post wins, post showings, consistency etc.
  5. Unfortunately since 1995 we still rank in the (albeit top) bottom 30%, including W/L ratio and I did that analysis a few years ago, no doubt it has gotten worse. Fun fact, the analysis showed that our Franchise is closest in resembling the Jets (literally a couple wins and DCG win difference) followed by the Jags in several major metrics, which is ironic seeing as this forum routinely trashes them. As I have said, kings of the poo pile. You can take out the Bengals but replace with the Dolphins, drop the Panthers a bit, and as I also pointed out year ago the Panthers usually solidly sit above 4-5 teams (and we can always say fug yea we aren’t the lions) and another one or two questionable ones. But always another 1-15/2-14 season away from dropping. A losing season this year will officially mark the worst stretch in the Panthers entire existence, and imo, solidify them as the modern Browns. I really just think people have low expectations. Yay for Tep.
  6. pretty sure self awareness stopped being taught/realized in like the 1980s
  7. Lol the fug do I care if he doesn’t have success his style isn’t working the right way, whether players like him or not
  8. WOW. “but you also have the right roster. I won in college because I had really good players. “ So deflect blame to something you have 100% control over and have failed at. Interesting. It’s like confronting that dude who is always late to work and he goes on some spiel about when people who are on time they have punctuality. How many years do we need to wait for the roster to auto correct itself to Rhule’s liking, I wonder. Dear Rhule, you won in college because your style resonates with immature minds/kids and you are not good enough to evolve it to adults. It’s ok, it has only happened a couple times in generation. History gets it. Fans get it. We are all just waiting for Tepper to get it.
  9. it’s Jerome Bettis 2.0 or nothing classic Rhule, absolutely no room for actual thought or scheming you can blame it on saving his job but it’s a fault since day 1 who here thinks Payton, Belicheck, or Mcvay etc would be bull rushing cmc 30 times a game lol fuging stupid
  10. Different views I guess. Corral won’t be the answer. Honesty the best for panthers future this year would’ve been to not waste any money or cap, even on Mayfield. Roll with Darnold for a top 5 pick, fire Rhule for claiming he can win with Darnold and failing, and then give the next coach that was actually picked by the current GM like they’re fuging supposed to, the best chance to succeed as possible. No wonder you guys are such bipolar rollercoasters when the poo hits the fan, until those things happen we will continue to suck and we really need to hope Corral blossoms into a serviceable back up not the damn savior of a franchise lord.
  11. Full grown men yelling at cmc trying to get attention away from fuging kids god what is wrong with people, some weird fuging creeps at these things
  12. why downplay the whole when healthy and motivated part? That’s pretty big….a ‘top 10 qb’ does not get traded for 5 mil and some Doritos because that poo doesn’t matter and there is absolutely no way to know if that injury or surgery fuged him up for good…I am very curious how you are able to know this
  13. Willis is the only QB that has starter potential but in a boom bust fashion and about 100 degrees lower than say cam…even he is going to probably flop. This class was garbage and is forgettable. You guys need to relax, soon as Tep pulls his head out of his ass and stops trading the future away for rejects or trying to pay his way to find his qb and just takes a down year the QB of the future will arrive. people need to accept this.
  14. good lord you guys are killing me, have you followed NFL and players throughout at least a little history, like at all? or do you just watch Panther games and play madden Corral is not cam lol…not even close to the talent coming out, what a dumb comparison he's a third rounder and not the savior of the franchise, we will be lucky if he turns out a back up, he has a ton of flaws and will not start in the NFL (imo) please pull it together it’s unbelievably embarrassing
  15. Could it be because BC sat behind, literally, the worst starting oline players in the fuging league only for Rhule’s fat 10 million dollar ass to admit he should’ve played him more after the season was over when meanwhile all us beer bellied fans were all screaming midseason to stop the idiocy? seriously wtf are you even taking about?
  16. dear god is anyone still defending Rhule? it is blatantly and painfully obvious he is a bonafide COLLEGE coach and doesn’t know wtf he is doing lord baby jesus we are in dark times as panther fans..please no more tep no more
  17. As someone who works in the arena, I can promise you that someone doesn’t privately pay out multi millions of dollars, hand out non disclosures like candy, and not only give up a billion dollar business they’ve worked hard for from the scratch, but have absolutely nothing to do with it, and disappear completely for something small. Surely, you can muster up the brainpower to comprehend that. It really is a shame his money and NDAs bought innocence and public option, including you. We will never truly know. But money and NDAs should look guilty, not innocent.
  18. Exactly. How fans can come into this year optimistic with a worse team on paper albeit better coaching, is beyond me. HCs generally put together most their a staff to win. In fact I don’t think I know a successful team otherwise. Rhule couldn’t handle that. So they just threw a bunch of coaches who weren’t really doing anything else at this level…and all of a sudden this team is looking good? TB, Sam, now Baker…see the pattern? The asinine decisions continue. Guess I just don’t get it. I see this season as a damn band aid that needs to be ripped off and healing to begin.
  19. what else do you expect from the undefeated training camp/off-season/talent/potential super bowl champs since 1995?
  20. No one fuging cares what Matt Corral, third rounder and two months in the league with 0 games under his belt wants to hear and that’s why it’s not bull. If he isn’t ready, don’t play him. if competition beats him, also don’t play him. That said if he does look like the best option play him. Yea Rhule is an idiot evaluator but the sentiment is still a good one. In fact a lot of this organizations dumbassery and blunders could’ve been avoided by relying on competition instead of favoritism or bias for whatever reason.
  21. That diet is for dropping weight fast, not a long term solution. Carbs, are not an issue once your body weight and balanced diet is in check. And yes it is not easy so people do fall off but again, this was more for dropping body fat for someone very overweight (50+ lbs). People in this weight category have health issues as it is and dropping fat and weight is more and a short goal priority. You can maintain doing it the right way after you get out of the danger zone. Borderlining on obese status, any doctor will tell you the same thing until you get out of that zone. A diet isn’t set in stone, it’s a dynamic topic. There are a variety of diets for multiple situations and individuals biologies, I am not ignoring this fact, I am pointing out one, for a person described above. I am also pointing out 9/10 comes down to discipline not complexities. As far as credentials I was a bodybuilder for six years, my mother is a certified nutritionist (with a degree) and my sister competed in many bodybuilder competitions, though those competitions require a lot of unhealthy things but some of it is still good. I also consider the fact I was very unhealthy during my early 20s as part of my credentials, I know the other side as well.
