I think we add a mid tier FA WR at most. Calvin Ridley or like Josh Reynolds. Thielen is still producing and reliable. Mingo should be on the roster there is still potential there. Ihmir-Smith Marsette showed something, I hope that is a resign. Spend a draft pick in the lower rounds on someone with some potential. I think it is very important for us to get a RB that can catch the ball out of the back field and make things happen while also being able to be consistent in the run game. Money or draft capital WILL be spent there. Chuba will be our hammer I think. As unideal as it is, I think the WR doesn't get a major shake up this season.

I'd like to change my vote from indifferent to like. Once I heard him speak and describe his mindset, his influences and how he creates an offense I hopped right on that bandwagon lol.

There's been plenty of examples recently so Im willing to not hold that against him. It's going to he nice having someone who can craft an offensr around our players finally.

They have a better roster but Im hype for Canales. I think we are going to have a good offense that isn't run off the back of one or two elite players.

He's grown. He was a young hire that has had time to mature and has a lot of respect in the leauge and with his players. Just a gut feeling I have.

Unfortunatly I think Morris is going to be good. Bummer, I really loved the Arthur Smith, Todd Bowels ans Dennis Allen hires. I think Bowels has reached his peak, I don't think he'll find an upgrade over canales.

He has produced at every stop. Im more concerned with good offense over flashy. Canales seems to be able to produce that. Playoff caliber offenses. Now can he create the right culture here and have buy in. Cannot have anothet softy like Rhule and Reich. This team needs an edge.

I was just speculating. I dont know poo haha. Im not even sure Im on board with Canales. Being friends with Dan Morgan makes me somewhat hesitant...it can create a bias and maybe cloud judgement. Let's just hope he can recreate those offensive #s if he's the guy.

You do have to hand it to Tabor though....he is clearly near the top of the ST coaching game right now. I also want to clean house but.....do you get rid of a coach that good? And the players like him? Tough. I also think Thomas Brown deserves a chance to make HIS offense and run it. Whatever garbage Reich produced isn't it. I know they worked together but you can't tell me this isn't more a Reich offense then someone who was learning under McVay. I still think he can be a good coach, I don't think the buzz was for nothing on him. I think The Carolina Panthers took a baseball bat to his knees when he walked into the Reich/Tepper train.

I hope this isn't true. We've tried the hot college coach, we've tried the re-tread. Lets try something different, an up and coming coordinator.

As other have said IMO this is an Andy Reid situation all over again if it happens. His time in Pittsburgh ran out but he is still a great coach.

I didn't want Wilks last season. I thought it would be great time to turn the page and bring some new age offensive football in. I didn't realize how much this team needed Wilks. I can't imagine he will ever be back, but if he was our next HC I wouldn't be too upset about it. I will always wonder what his plan for the 2023 Panthers was....

Cam as the guy who holds the next HC back when he get too hype on the sideline and starts to cross onto the field.

I am down with Olsen as HC, but I can't see Cam as President. Some other role where he is allowed to bring some attitude and culture to the team would be great though. Like just have him around the team year round and let his influence spread through the building. Cam put in the time and refused to lose, it wasn't in his mindset. We need that.
