    Defense and offense is a college team. Any NFL QB or coach with any lick of sense can see what we are doing. That is why we fail against teams like the Giants. Because even though they are less talented the us the coaches are NFL coaches and NFL coaches >College Coaches.

    You could say the same about the Jets, Texans, Bears and even the Lions. There have been teams worse than the Panthers able to find a coach no problem. Panthers will be no different.

    Matt Rhule is coaching like some who either knows he likely won't be here next year and doesn't GAF or someone who knows that no matter how bad his team is he will be back next year and he doesn't GAF.
