It was a pipe dream that this team was going to be a playoff team this year. This game just proves we are not a very good team. Even Cam can't save us. Maybe next year.

Well that is that. I think I am done with this team this year. This just isn't fun to watch. Hope Cam comes back but I wouldn't blame him if he doesn't. This entire coaching staff is pathetic.

I am beginning to think that our terrible offense is not all our QBs fault. Brady needs to go.

Chance to pin our stagnant offense deep? I would take that over Slye potentially missing it.

I am worried about resigning him because other than this year he has been pretty up and down. Concerned that once he gets his money he will regress. This offseason if gonna be really interesting. Resigning DJ, Reddick. Possibly resigning Jackson and Cam. We have some cap space next year but it can go away very quickly.

Cam could still be named the starter and play one play and then PJ takes over. Not happy about it but it is what it is. This depth chart is fluid. I have no doubt that Cam will be coming out of the tunnel.

People who want a 2 QB system while Cam gets up to speed may get their wish. I am also aware that the depth chart is fluid and Cam could still start on Sunday.

If there is one very positive thing I could say about Rivera it is that he was a players coach. Don’t lose your personality, was something Rivera always told his players. From what I observed Rhule is the opposite of that, all business. That penalty may of not hurt us, but it was still a penalty. So that was bad in Rhule’s eyes. Rhule has never coached a personality like Cam. Will wonder if they will butt heads again. That said, didn’t like the penalty anyway. The play was over, the touchdown scored.

I have said all along that our defense this year can get a competent offense far. Too bad it took 5 losses for the FO to make changes. We have such a low margin for error right now. Every game is a playoff game. Gonna hopefully be a fun few weeks.

Yes we get it you hate Cam. If he falls off a cliff you will get your “I told you so” moment. Till then, shhhh.

That was a bad play call. Brady shows so much potential and then calls bone headed plays like that.

Sad thing is Cam said that he would have played that year on the 20 million. He wasn’t asking for an extension.

Darnold very much had a path similar to most backups, unfortunately. Backups are good, usually, for a max of about 3-5 games and then they fall off. I am fine keeping him as a backup to whoever plays QB next year, whether that is Cam or someone else.

At the most it would be a 2 year deal, if they are wise.

During a press conference Rhule said that he didn’t really watch any film on Darnold.

Pretty much the same situation with Darnold. Which still has me questioning their ability to evaluate. They love these high risk, high potential players.
