Going homer, though I know this very well could be a loss. Panthers 26 Cowboys 19 Less than 300 total yards for the Cowboys. Less than 75 yards rushing with YPC being under 3.

They're probably about 90% right. Or, how many of them would you pick differently? I know personally, I'd go with the majority on most of those games; probably 8 or 9 of them are no duh picks. Browns/vikings surprises me. I'd thought that would lean more towards than Browns.

Yeahhh...when I said throwback rock I mean, Green Day. Maybe Pearl Jam.

I agree. Instead will get snippets of various songs. Still going to be an amazing show. Sounds like one of the best lineups since I was a kid. @ichigo1057 I agree a rock band would be good, but at this point who? I don't think there are many left that are relevant and that are main stream enough. It would have to be a throwback type thing, kind of like this rap show is.

They had 160 yards on the ground against the Eagles and almost 200 against the Chargers. The rushing attack has to be shut down and in doing so, will allow our elite pass rushers to feast on Dak. Their middle is weakest, so I'd expect to see lots of short to intermediate passes that stresses the LB core. Winning the turnover battle is absolutely key. They have 8 turnovers I believe in 3 games. We cannot afford turnovers and still expect to win the game.

Yes! And on certain topics he ends up going on and on with such depth that it's obvious he knows what he's talking about and the man is dripping football knowledge. It's not every question, and there are plenty of fluff answers, but when he starts talking deeper, you can tell he's legit. I've been hyped since day 1. I'm not going to say I was blindly sold on him, but the product on the field I think speaks for itself, especially on defense - which is a statement that could have been made 6 months ago regarding the defense.

21. Cowboys aren't putting more than 20 pts against this defense unless we have turnovers. Last week, they had 160 yards on the ground. They aren't going to break 100 yards rushing against us. Once the run game is shut down, our line will feast just like they did against the Saints oline. Their multiple Pro Bowlers could not stop our blitzes. If we don't turn the ball over, we need 21 to win. Book it.

My analysis of C.J. Henderson and body language.
Luciu5 replied to Ivan The Awesome's topic in Carolina Panthers
You don't like anything though tbh. Bet you don't like the Panthers being 3-0. -
That post is from the 19th, before the Houston game. No time stamp that I can see on the post, but my guess is it's after the Saints game, because at that point it would appear to be a reoccurring problem, thus the thread.

So I was curious so I asked my wife about Peppers. She graduated high school with him. She said introverted was a good way to describe him. Quiet. Didn't talk to many people. She said he hated having any kind of spotlight on him.

There was a press conference Monday with Rhule. I doubt we see CJ in front of a mic for awhile. The first question is literally gonna be "are you nuts?"

Are PFF grades weighted in someway? Here's an example of what I mean. Olineman A allowed X, Y, and Z pressures, QB hits, and sacks from Dlineman A. BUT Dlineman A has a mediocre grade so all those pressures, QB hits, and sacks weigh more than if they had came from Aaron Donald. We'd expect to give up pressures to an elite guy but not so much a random scrub. If that is what is going on, then if your grades for the players are wrong, then your weights are wrong and thus your grades for your players are wrong.

Chargers offense score is really surprising to me.

You don't usually trade to fill in for a player for 2 weeks. But if we do this, who do we cut to make space for him?

You're right, this IS the most incredibly illegible, blurry screenshot ever shown!

Ideally we need a C. The middle is weak. Irving is not the weakest link on this line unfortunately. The answer for the G's are ****hopefully**** on the roster. I think changing the C out mid season would be nuts unless it's someone who's been with us since training camp - though I don't think tecklenburg is the answer there.

I agree. There is some risk but high reward. As for your disaster scenario? Nah. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't play at all this year or is just a minimal depth player. If he's not playing next year, then it's a bust. IF there are issues going on behind the scenes, he may not be ready to play in a coupe weeks or months. This could be a longer term, months long process of getting his head right. It's speculation obviously, but I'm not going to call him a bust if he doesn't play this year. I think this is because we don't have a second. Basically some will view it as a 1st, no second, no third, the rest of the picks are garbage and have no value - essentially a 1 player draft, maybe 2 if we can get a kicker. "We don't need more depth" I think is a comment I've seen. This is mostly freak out over how to get 4 starting OL with only 1 valuable draft pick. (fyi, you always need more depth)

This is the Turning Point Game of the 2021 Season
Luciu5 replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
Not a turning point. I think a win means more than a loss as long as the players aren't deflated by losing. You look at teams like the Bucs or KC with losses, but their seasons aren't over and they are still playoff contenders, if not SB contenders. It's all on the players mentality afterwards. I think we win if our defense continues to do what it has done all year, and I think it will. -
Isn't he from south Florida, Miami area? I was thinking about this yesterday, Jacksonville is about 6 hours away from his home area. That's practically another state. It's not like they are a short drive from each other. It's a significant drive or plane trip. NC would be further but same thing basically, significant drive or a plane trip.

Why do we keep trading our FA acquisitions?
Luciu5 replied to BurnNChinn's topic in Carolina Panthers
Perryman did nothing while he was here. Literally. Didn't even practice. Great for him where he is, but he wasn't doing anything here. Jags specifically asked for Arnold. We did not want to give him up, but wanted Henderson more than Arnold.- 53 replies

I really love this channel. JT O'sullivan does a good job breaking down QB play. He points out Darnold going through his progressions and fitting balls into tight windows. This is a break down of his game against Houston.

Wildcard. If we beat the <.500 teams and lose to the >.500 teams on our schedule, we could have 10-12 wins depending on how things go. We could legit end up in the playoffs without beating any playoff contenders.
-
If CJ slides right in and plays well and Bouye plays decently, our secondary looks not terrible. It might work out, but it definitely hinges on how well those two fit in this week. The defense has been playing as a well oil machined and I'm hoping changing out a couple parts doesn't fug with that too much.

Not sure what to think of this. I suppose we can afford to lose Arnold if another one of our 5 TE's can take his production, which isn't much. Losing a 3rd though, I feel like we won't have much of a draft this year. I guess we're pretty much guaranteed to be trading down our first this year. I don't know enough about the CB to say if it's worth it or not.
