  1. Section 231 of what? I bet your talking about 47 USC 230 - the Communications Decency Act. Which has nothing to do with free speech on the internet the way you are talking about. It also does not have anything to do with breaking ToS and getting banned. It's completely irrelevant to the end user tbh. Go read something seriously because you are making yourself look....ignorant. I'm honestly trying to help you out here.
  2. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." No, it means Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of speech. Has nothing to do with forums (or social media) or any other private institution. You should do some research or take a class on the constitution. Your interpretation is just that and isn't what the plain text says nor how the courts interpret it.
  3. Lol you have zero proof that for the majority of people "covid is a cold or less". Or proof for anything you say for that matter. https://www.google.com/search?q=world+leaders+getting+vaccinated&hl=en&sxsrf=ALeKk00R7svioqv92MlJ1Q1tdxlSIWMqjg:1627657260264&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwifksHmh4vyAhWJSzABHWx8Cq8Q_AUoAXoECAEQAw&biw=1920&bih=937 I understand this isn't proof. But are you saying, these are ALL saline injections? It's possible. It's extremely unlikely.
  4. Cool. Then you must not mind being part of that 2% then. Your mom too? I think if someone you loved died and the world dismissed them as not worth saving or just an acceptable loss, you would think different. Anyway, have you heard about the possible long term effects of contracting COVID such as reduced lung capacity and early onset dementia? I'm sure those experimental, unapproved vaccines which were totally whipped up after a few months - not decades of research into mRNA treatment - will have way worse long term affects than the disease itself, right? It's funny how our government, nay, every government ON THE PLANET (!!!) is trying to end the human race by pushing these on the people. But not only on the people, they are using these potentially deadly vaccines with unknown long term effects on themselves too! That's how crazy governments are, not even saving themselves while attempting to end humanity.
  5. It had better be. That pass was like 5 yards. lol
  6. You know, my only issue with him is the team treating him like he is injury prone from the start. Not sure how to read it.
  7. Elite is just an awful measuring stick. It's a very subjective word. Pro Bowler, league MVP, DPOY/OPOY....to me those are the elite players. The ones out there winning accolades for their play.
  8. This isn't really naming elite players. I see a lot of maybes and probablies - even in my own list! Chinn has shown something but I'd like another season. After that, none of the rest are elite and Horn hasn't seen the field. But yeah I get you were being cute.
  9. Really? CMC Burns - probably Elite? Not very good or great? Who else?
  10. I'd think Peppers first. He should be up for it before Keuchly and could potentially be first ballot. He's 4th all time in sacks.
  11. Is this guy a 3 tech or more of a nose tackle?
  12. Everything I saw was oline FA's were slim pickings this offseason. We needed help and didnt want to be in a position of drafting for need. I think they just didnt want to be caught with their pants down if they didnt make some kind of move in free agency.
  13. Here ya go “We’re never satisfied with our roster. We’re going to always look. I know you’re talking about the quarterback position, that’s something I believe in drafting every year or acquiring at some point, just philosophically.”
  14. Eh, can't be too bitter. Tepper took his statue down for "safety" reasons. JR has reportedly said he's not going to press it. He's moved on with his life beyond the Panthers. I'd think if he was so bitter, he'd force Tepper to put it back up per their sales agreement.
  15. Do we know what the Panthers percent vaccinated is? Also, I read something a couple weeks back on the Steelers trying to reach 100%. Article basically said Mike Tomlin told his players to get vaccinated. Period. And most did it, because when Mike Tomlin tells you to do something, you do it.
  16. I like it for the most part. Except the silver. Swap out the silver for black. Done.
  17. I understand. I learned something. Though, that seems like it was a silly rule. I mean, helmets have to be broken in at the beginning of the year. It took nine years to figure out that a second helmet could be broken in after the first? I imagine it just has to be worn a certain amount before I could be used in live action.
  18. ????? New helmets come out every year. I have no idea how often they need replaced, but players change helmets on occasion. Change brands/models. There is even linemen specific helmets now which was a big deal this past year. I imagine a bunch of oline and dline guys switched to new helmets last year because of that. I'm honestly pretty lost as to what you are talking about.
  19. I miss seeing CMC on Sundays. Watching him is just electric. Hopefully no injuries this year. Though last year toward the end, the hammy issue or something, I was questioning if that was legit or was that some kind of excuse to sit him the last couple games.
  20. Also Christian Miller might be considered a LB. You could also add fan favorite UDFA Paddy Fisher. I don't think we will carry 7 LBs. More likely 5-6... the 4 you listed and the rest of the FA and UDFA's will fight out for that last spot or two. Honestly, I'm not that concerned with the depth on what is probably the least important position on the defense.
  21. My high school had male cheerleaders back in the late 90's. I had no idea this wasn't commonplace. Competitive cheer squads usually have males because they make a strong base for pyramids etc.
