He supposed to be so smart and we gave up a ton for him and he cant even call a TO when he should realize they need to. Even if the HC doesnt, your franchise QB should step up when you need him to and be a leader and override the HC there.

These injuries have gotten way out of hand. -
Dalton was a great improvement over Young. Young has not had a single moment where I thought he deserved the #1 overall and should be starting. Keep him on the bench to soak up all the knowledge he can and put him back if Dalton implodes at some point this season. Young is just not ready yet.

offensive playcalling is the problem now and the oline being dumbasses. Dalton provided stability at the QB position. Young needs to keep sitting and learning and shouldnt be thrown in there in this mess and ruined.

Yep, Young needs to sit and learn until he is ready. Whether that is 2 games, 4, or the full year. He just isnt ready yet.

A busted coverage in which Young most likely wouldve thrown in the dirt or taken a sack or fumble based on the past 2 weeks.

I always wanted whoever we picked in the draft to sit and learn for a year anyway. Mahomes did it. Rogers did it. Brady did it. The fact Dalton has made throws or at least able to throw the ball in the face of pressure, unlike Young who would fumble it or get sacked, just further proves that Young needs more time to learn. There is no need to rush him back and ruin him.

See what happens when you have competent QB play that can make the throws he needs to? It fires up the defense. Young needs to sit and learn.
