  1. True, and this is what happens when you draft a QB in the first round and miss. It takes 2-3 years of losing to learn he is not going to pan out--jobs are lost in the meantime. Kenny Pickett--is he the next Jones? (Many mocks have the Giants taking him)
  2. Bowel movements can be strategic. I learned that in second grade.
  3. "There's a bunch of really smart people out there from a lot of different places." That's a damn coffee mug right there.
  4. In other words, this process is going to be drawn out and I will be left to choose from left overs. It is like he is trying to get to the offseason so we will all forget about his suckage.
  5. A wise man once said, "Sometimes, the answer is on your own roster." I think he and Joe Judge are going to be fired tomorrow.
  6. when I watched 77 he did well (4 or 5 plays).
  7. He should have used him at the goal line--but the entire league does not like Cam--at least Rhule signed him.
  8. Romo was drinking Sam-Aid, but it all has to start with the OL.. Build the OL in free agency---we can overpay for a C and G to come here and it is perhaps smarter and cheaper than overpaying for a mediocre QB. We keep BC at LT and go with Deonte Brown at RG (He was not bad today). We draft Pickett or Corral to compete with Darnold in 2022.
  9. Yes--are the giants starting Fromm again? If so, give them the L now.
  10. What Rock star OC is going to work in Carolina with no OL and QB? Stay tuned.
  11. Fire Rhule, not "For(e) Rhule" Folks need to wake up. Fan was probably a Boone native or something.
  12. He was not bad as a coach--they gave him the GM role and he trashed the team in that role.
  13. 20th in NFL vs. the Run. Go back and take a gander at the QBs we have faced--and we have good CBs and S is not a glaring weakness--we really did not face too many stud QBs
  14. You all know me as the sunflower of positivity and all that is wholesome and just, I hope this puts a sense of urgency (not desperation) into the decisions surrounding this team. I hope that Rhule, without mortgaging the future, is able to put the right people in the right seat and drive the dang bus. I want to see some coaching changes, and I am guessing there will be some. I would not be surprised to see three first rounders + Brian Burns (speculation) in a trade for Watson.
  15. https://www.si.com/nfl/panthers/gm-report/kenny-robinson-has-turned-into-a-legitimate-safety Basically, this article give KR legitimacy as an NFL safety. Comments from Snow, Rhule. Note the indecision about Chinn, Robinson, etc. Time to find a spot for these guys and let them learn it. Reminds me of the Christensen confusion. Still do not know what position a player is being groomed to play. (Why they value "versatility", I suppose).
  16. Fans don't buy tickets because the locker room is not toxic. Rhule is a good salesman, and he has convinced the locker room that it is "us against the world." Rhule is chummy with his top players, and they like him. So what? This is a billion dollar organization, and most billion dollar organizations are not left to the 25-year olds in the company to make decisions. The bottom line: If the fans are not happy, they should not be happy.
  17. Thanks for taking the time to interact with us--I think the QB issue will be addressed in some way---they will do nothing until free agency's tea leaves can be read, then they will turn to the draft if they cannot draft a QB. If they don't sign a veteran QB (which seems unlikely, save Mariota or Trubiski), they have to take the rookie. That suggests that free agency becomes an OL shopping spree. If that is the case, I see a Pickett--and wonder if any other is worth a first round selection. Thanks again.
  18. that would be a heck of a trade. I think Burns is likely to attract some big spenders, while CMC will attract some bargain hunters.
  19. I am not sure Rhule wants to bring in people who are not proven to be loyal--loyalty is the priority of the inept leader--and anyone who challenges that authority is sacrificed. I think Brady probably did that (internally) which might explain the timing of his firing--in bye-week meetings, Brady crossed a bridge that has a paranoid troll running it.
