Cam should have enough in the tank to buy us time to truly find a replacement while the dead money for these other qbs falls off the books, this will allow us to stay competitive while fixing the o line, and cam is hella cheap for a qb, this is what I’m hoping the plan is and not some pr stunt

If the FO cared about winning they wouldn’t have cut him without the future qb on the roster in the first place, or some plan better than throwing money and picks at acquiring Teddy or Sam. logically, should we sign cam, no brainer at this point unless you’re content with sucking and giving the jets a high second rounder. realistically, not going to happen, fo is to high strung and owner isn’t going to admit he was wrong, plus why would cam come back here? the lions are winless, dolphins are 2-7, Texans 1-8, WFT is 2-6 and there’s more teams on that list for the “cam is done” crowd, if you believe he wouldn’t help either of those teams to better records than they field now idk what to tell you. Good players go unsigned a lot in the nfl for numerous reason, hell our own Abdullah is looking pretty damn good for a guy signed off the streets.

All jokes aside our team is more talented than the pats, there defense was not good last year, roster as a whole, that’s why they spent so much in fa, and even with that being said they aren’t even much better from last year with a supposed qb that is better, speaking of drops check out the pats wrs last year, I’m sure cam is accustomed to wrs not catching a cold

It’s not like he didn’t get 7 wins with that putrid pats team last year, amongst those were some very quality opponents And for the clowns who keep asking why is he a free agent, why are the lions winless, why are the Texans 1-8, why are the dolphins 2-7. If teams want to trot garbage qbs on the field so be it(we are one of those teams hint hint), I hope the head coaches have enough cushion to allow such, but acting like cam can’t do better than the records I just displayed is nothing short of asinine

Said it years ago, saying one thing and doing another never yields good results. When they were screwing over players early in the tepper/Rhule saga it was only a matter of time before they lost the team, I mean Teddy bridgewater criticize the staff, dude is as soft spoken as they come

Expected with millionaires, had to put “his” stamp on the team instead. That has cost us the last two seasons and foreseeable future, and if we trade for Watson that’s going to be even worst

Only because I don’t want his career to be over yet but that aside, if I’m cam I sit back and watch karma engulf this owner and staff in flames

Already there, saw this coming two seasons ago, but most chose optimism. this staff and owner, this is what they get, and you’re smoking if you think getting Watson solves anything, just another move to gut resources on the team
