I don’t think Snow is a bad guy but he isnt an NFL coordinator I think he was of the mindset that “this is the way” despite the established (I.e. Wilks) NFL guys having the correct professional mindset. That coupled with having to constantly protect Rhule (opinion) burnt him out.

I watched it and unfortunately could not stay interested or really connect with the characters so it became background noise. I’m still confused but probably should have paid closer attention.

Kyle Allen was picked after the last pick in the draft and came in and helped the panthers get wins. Ditto for PJ. Guys not drafted in the top of the first round are still NFL players and can come in and be productive. Some can end up being great but most will not be the long term answer. I am not big on the tanking philosophy and think that football players and coaches likely don’t subscribe to that rationale either but generally speaking the best players are at the top of the draft.

I am a State grad and die hard fan. I pull for all the guys coming out of my alma mater. Except Russel Wilson. He is/was a great talent and loved him at State. I even cheered for him when he went to Wisconsin. But once he got to the NFL, I saw him for the fake douche that he is. He is the Carlton Banks of the NFL.
