Maybe I don’t understand the question. When u say bail do you me sell the franchise or leave town? Only reason I have the question was the reference to the ties to the community. If you mean sell the team my answer is below. The last time I looked at it Tepper paid 2.2 billion and the latest estimate on the franchise value is 2.9 billion. He is making money long term as I don’t think he has an operating loss of 700 million since 2018. He doesn’t lose money simply based on win/loss record, and even if he did I don’t think he cares. No matter what he will come out ahead owning an NFL team. It’s like having a trophy wife that will never cost you money in the long run. On another note, I don’t think he would hesitate to fire Rhule tomorrow and eat that contract if he was convinced Rhule wasn’t the answer.

Yeah.it doesn’t make sense with a lot of season left. If not fully healed or could be re-injured then it makes sense but if the bones are good to go then work him back in.

Wife is out of town so just me and my two son’s Keeping it simple. Did pre Thanksgiving last week which was a bone in roast with sausage stuffing, whipped potatoes and some green veggie Today we are doing mustard crusted roasted lamb, potatoes and Mac and cheese. Sausage ball appetizers to nibble on. Pushed dinner back to 7ish as the boys were inspired and made themselves some chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. Not an elaborate spread but I think we will get by.

I have a purebred multi gen Australian Labradoodle ( aka “Cobberdog”) who is 7 years old. Breeder was in MA and is meticulous regarding which dogs mate and often has sires brought in from other breeders. At 2ish years old, he was playing with another dog and partially tore an MCL. By accident we found he had hip displaysia. Notified the breeder who confirmed the X-ray with her vet, then refunded us in full (3k). Our dog is healthy and hasn’t developed any debilitating issues. I’m in touch with a couple other owners from the same litter and no one has had any problems. Long story, but my point is, find a reputable breeder that stands behind the health of the dog. Despite the health issue, I would go back to this breeder if I were to get another dog. They are a pain to deal with as I had to do all kinds of paperwork and the wait time was a little more than a year but my dog is extraordinary.

I think starting him sets the tone and energy but how much he plays depends on readiness. If he is acclimated enough then play him. If not mix him in as needed. The devil is in the details but he showed see a substantial number of snaps.

I am not sure starting means full time QB. Cam might play a series or a couple plays and swap. Not sure what the plan is but would suspect they are both taking snaps with the ones in practice.

Totally agree here. I will add to this. I actually think it was 3 things: 1. The Cam Factor as mentioned. Nothing more to say. 2. PJ gets lost in this but I think he gave the offense a couple wrinkles that allowed effectiveness between the 20s. 3. The biggest liability on offense was not on the field. I had doubts about Sam but gave him the benefit of the doubt in the beginning.but Yesterday proved this experiment was a failure. Yes, AZ was without a star QB yesterday, but we have been hamstrung without a functioning QB all season.

Summed up nicely. Hopefully lesson learned. I think there was a logical decision to release Cam. At that point in time. Same for the TB and Darnold signing. But damn it does look incredibly stupid now.

Daley’s penalty binge killed a drive that ended in an INT I believe. That likely took points off the board. Ultimately did not change the outcome of the game but it was a momentum killer.

Guy at the end said it best. Cam doesn’t need to be elite. He needs to be effective. Panthers as an offense haven’t been effective for a while now. This gives them the opportunity to reach that. agree we need a long term QB answer but we didn’t have a long term solution at QB in September either. What we have is the best opportunity to win now. Whether that come to fruition or not will play out. Kudos to Cam and the FO for coming together mid season and creating the chance to do so.

Not sure but he needs more reps before concluding. He just got off the couch mid-week and probably needs a week or 2 to get fully acclimated. Reserving judgement.

I think regardless of Cams readiness he starts the game to create the buzz and maintain excitement. Not saying PJ won’t get playing time but this will be Cams team by late Sunday afternoon.

This might just get you into the playoffs but it certainly keeps you in the conversation for the foreseeable future.

Yeah 20 mil softens the blow a bit. Anybody realizing they can cut it at a job needs time for processing. It sucks to have to do it in public. But yeah he can still go and look at the bank balance and smile.
