Bandwagon? Sir, I've been a fan of The Heat since the 'Zo' days.

Now, if you want smack talk...

i actually like the heat when they arent playing the Bobcats.. with that being said- Heat fans gloating over beating the Bobcats is like your drunk uncle picking on his nephew with down syndrome = not cool dude, not cool

LBJ can't wack people in the mouth, it's not his game... When push comes to shove he backs down.

And if you've been a Zo fan since the Heat days you are still a bandwagon fan because Zo was drafted by Charlotte. I guess once the Heat signed him you just decided to become a Heat fan which is quite embarrassing.

I find it foolish to be a fan of a team that whose city that you have no connections or affiliation with.

I take pride in being a Bobcats fan because at least I pull for the team in which the city, town, and state that I live in; and didn't just latch on to a good basketball team.

Yeah, you could make the argument that McRoberts saw he was about to get run over and tried to put his forearm into his chest to cause a hard foul and just hit the neck area... And yea.. If a fight breaks out tonight Biyombo is going to be the enforcer.

As Daniel Tosh once said. "Never pick a fight with someone who walked here from the congo"

Naw, I usually don't gloat. There's a reason for that -- we sucked for yearssss. So I comprehend the pain that fans of The Bobcats have experienced but if smack talk is afoot...

You do realize that YOU came onto a Bobcats board and started trash talking Bobcats fans, right? Smack talk "is afoot" because you started it.

Also, weird how you stopped liking the Marlins when they suck. Let me guess, you're a Red Sox fan?

I've stated my reason above Einstein. If you've followed Baseball, then you know why Loria has been a cancer to The Marlins. I've refused to attend another game in my life so long as Jeff is the owner.

Ummm, correct me if I'm wrong, but this thread was created to poke fun at LeBron's comments, right? Fair game, son. Deal with it.

I do follow baseball and Loria is a greedy person. But lots of teams in every sport have bad owners as well as bad GMs and coaches. MJ is a notoriously cheap person and an a$$hole. I guess based on your excuses I should just join the Heat bandwagon. I don't like Fredi Gonzalez, guess I should hop on the Red Sox bandwagon too.

And if you want to ignore your first comment, then you can say that this thread started in response to LeBron saying he was going to fight the Bobcats. But let me guess, that doesn't count either?

    • I know it's only been training camp and one preseason game, but I think T-Mac has already shown his floor to be exactly what I said about him in the pre-draft process. That his floor if he never improves his game, is as one of the best #2 WRs in the NFL, if not even still a low end #1 (i.e. a 25th-ish best WR in the league). I think it's safe to say he's already established himself as our #1, and there are only a small handful of teams in the league where I don't think he'd be their starting #2 WR in Week 1. Bengals (Higgins), Dolphins (Waddle), Eagles (Smith), Bucs (Godwin if healthy), Rams (Adams) are really the only teams where I think he'd be the #3 as a rookie in Week 1.  A few others like the Lions (Williams), Bears (Odunze), Seahawks (Kupp), Commanders (Deebo), where he'd be the 2b to start the season, just because they're vets and/or already have a year or two of experience with their team/QB. And even having said that, I think by year 2, he's better than every one of those players (And no, I'm not saying he's already going to be better than a prime version of Adams, just whatever he'll be at 33 next year), and same goes for Kupp, but that's more because it seems like his body might be quitting on him in a way that hasn't happened to Adams (yet).
    • Well to be fair, Horn not practicing right now to let his stitches heal up from a car accident isn't something that should be concerning.  Sure, you don't want him missing practice leading into the season, but it's one that once healed, won't have lingering affects or fear of re-injuring it, it was just bad luck.
    • Quality backups are absolutely important. This franchise has been plagued with depth problems. That said, there is a little bit of dismay that Mays can't beat out a 1-legged man, and all the talk going into the off-season was how BC would certainly be gone since he had position versatility.  In the end, it doesn't matter too awfully much, as I would be shocked to no end if Corbett makes it through the season. We know what we have in reserve, and that should surely be better than trying to sign random fat guys mid season to try and take over.
