First of all, no one knows if he really put his hands on her.  Right now, there is only side of the story.  Typical female gets upset about possibly not being the main chick then she gets irate.  My guess would be he didn't put hands on her and this whole thing will get settled.  

 

Everyone is looking to throw the kid under the bus without knowing all of the facts.  Fans blow like a leaf in the wind.  Wait and see how this thing unfolds before you pass judgment on a kid dealing with an opportunistic chick.

You're being too emotional about it.  Neither he nor I are saying it's right, simply saying that's the way it is.

How is what you're doing any better?  You're just assuming she's lying.  The only intelligent thing to do is sit back and see how it plays out.  If you'll notice, all of my posts have been precluded with "if".  I'm not assuming Hardy did anything wrong and I'm not assuming the girl is just lying.

I understand what you are saying, and I am just saying wait and see.  Everyone is acting all doom and gloom.  I wasn't really singling you out, I just saw your post and responded.  There is absolutely anything out other than her statement.  Greg is just an eccentric guy that dealt with the wrong chick.  He's a good kid with a good family backing him.  

 

I doubt that he laid his hands on that girl with the respect he has for his mother.  Plus read between the lines, the incident happened around 4 a.m.  That way it sounds like the girl was asked to leave which i'm guessing another girl was on the way and she flipped out.  He probably tried to show her to the door and she flipped.  She might have had something on him and he probably said something like "you better not leak that poo if you know what's good for you".

the police report states she had bruises. The police don't put you in jail unless they are pretty sure you did it.

If you are being held you will get bruises too.  Does the report have the location of the bruises?  I bet it doesn't.  She probably had bruises around her wrist and scratches around wrist from trying to pull away and continue to hit him.  Just know if he slapped her or hit her in the face, it would be a felony assault.  

 

That whole report thing is bogus.  If it was a big deal, the girl would have gone downtown and had pictures taken of her injuries and she would have gone to the hospital.

Gonna let this thing play out and get the facts before I pass judgement. I've been pretty consistent when it comes to that. Did the same when I heard about Colin K, Rice, Vick, etc.

Now with all that being said; I hope he didn't hit the girl, and we can't afford for him to get suspended. That defense, mainly the D-line, is supposed to carry us. Especially since much has been invested into our Def. Hope Ealy is ready to step up.
