He made some pretty bad jokes a year ago or so. But he seems like a good guy and a lot of ppl vouched for him after that.

I was wondering because although he suffered some serious injuries, a broken leg, broken arm, a couple of broke ribs and a broken nose usually won't kill you. But then again, I am only a Huddle doctor.

What irritates me about the story is the apology Walmart gave. Because they only gave this apology because Tracy Morgan was involved. If that had been someone who is not famous they would be using every dirty tactic they could to get out of being at fault.

Lemme state for the record that I've always looked down on truck/work van drivers, because they act like entitled jackasses on the road in general. This just reaffirms my position.

Yea maybe it's because of the disintegrating truck tires you see at least once every time you go on the highway or the fact that if they have an open bed in the back some haphazardly secured haul can fly off the back and decapitate a driver that people would rather not be driving behind a rig.

Posting a graphic from a lawyer? They have no invested interest in this. And they used a drawing of a Euro truck which makes it even better. This just shows you're ignorance on the subject.

If so I request a separate highway system for trucks/buses so the subhuman road raging pill poppers can run over each others' debris and deform their own road surface
