DAMN CHIGGERS!

These little bastards are tearing me up this year! Does anybody have a clue on how to get rid of them? I've done a little "research" but I can't seem to find a surefire solution.

 

I just got back from the beach and the salt water really seemed to help with the wounds, but I'm trying to find a way to get them out of my yard.

I feel your pain, right now I've got the grand slam (Mosquitoes, Chiggers, Poison Ivy and a couple of tick bites).  I'm an itching maniac right now.  The Benadryl is helping immensely.

Clear finger nail polish is what I use. Paint the spots, it helps with the itch too, and they're gone in a day or two.

Here's a surefire method that will work.  Guaranteed.

 

Go lie back on your bed and scratch like there's no tomorrow.  Get it good and red.  Then take a bottle of Listerine and go sit on the toilet and slowly pour

the Listerine down through your crotch area (assuming that's where you have them). 

 

Let us know the results.

I just came back from my Parents place in the mountains and the Chiggers got me real bad too. My dad said he was going to dust the property with sulfur using a leaf blower. I have no details but perhaps that can get you started.

No, they're not on my crotch, that's something totaly different! Feet and ankles are where they get me.
