Anyone that makes a list of overrated players and does not have Luck as #1,  can't be taken seriously.

 

 

Cam isn't considered an elite qb... he's not even considered a great qb by a lot of sports media.        Have to generally be rated extremely high in order to be overrated.

 

 

Luck is considered up there with Rodgers, Brees, Peyton and Brady,  by a lot of sports media.
