Comcast customer service yall

You should also pay attention to township contracts with them.  My local township contract with comcast requires them to pick up all hardware free of charge and service installation being free of charge.  They also have 5 business days to replace any plants free of charge they damaged on the property while they were installing service.  

 

They tried to charge us for picking up a cable box so we had to call the township on them.  Township accused them of breaking the contract.  We got a call from comcast rep who works with the township who apologized and said they would be out whenever we were around to pick up the cable box. Customer care on the phone don't know the individual agreements between cable companies and townships.  Most people don't know that there are rules like that between cable companies and townships and just take the charge.

I'm being charged for 105MS but all I'm getting is 48 called Comcast spent 90 minutes being transferred from dept to dept! I had to hang up on these pricks, the next day I call back they said their system was down and they would call me back to schedule a repair guy to come to the house..still no call

Same thing here. We're paying for 50 and getting 2
