Rookie Watch 2014 - A Promising Start

I'm on the Norwell bandwagon. Like what I hear so far. He also plays tackle and God we need more of those.

I'm becoming convinced we got solid rookies in the draft.

I'm still very, very worried about both OT position.

Love the Trai Turner news. Nothing I love more than a big, nasty offensive line to protect our skill guys. We are going to have a very young roster which might take some lumps in 2014 but we are setting ourselves up nicely for sustained success.

Our team has def improved. What worries me is that so has everyone else in the division. I'd say at the worst we make the wildcard though

A better Bell is still like buying a used car. You have no idea what you're going to get, you just hope and pray the wheels don't fall off the second you drive off the lot.

I was no fan of picking Boston at #4 but hoping anyway he works out to be as good as the rest.

 

If Only, that Gaffney hadn't been hurt, and that New England had acted like gentleman instead of pick-pockets, just "business" or not.

 

Lucas seems to be out playing Hair Dome Guy at this point and I'd rather see the kid make the team, along with Bersin.

 

And hoping New England has someone worthy from their final cut that we can claim, so he won't end up on their practice squad as planned.

Isn't it nice to have a GM that finds talent outside of the first round of the Draft?

Neither will any of us. 

That sounds quite conservative, if we believe if he will be as good as he's shown/indicating. 

 

1000 yards (give or take a few) and 8-14 TD's sounds right.

700 yards 4 TDs would be close to his floor for me.  Don't want to get too excited but I really do believe he could get near 1,000 yards and ~8-9 TDs.

Wow. 4 out of how many?

All that I have to say is look at the 2011 draft. Cam will be the only one still on the team after Pilares gets cut this year.
