Receiver Depth Chart Projection

Jeremy Igo

Recommended Posts

Looking over the receiver situation, I am sticking with my roster projection from last week.

If the Panthers keep six receivers, I have it....

Kelvin Benjamin

Jerricho Cotchery

Jason Avant

Brenton Bersin

Tavarres King

Philly Brown

However, with the news of Cam's injury and the likelihood of Joe Webb making the roster, the Panthers could decide to keep five receivers (as Joe Webb could play receiver in an emergency).

If this is the case, Brenton Bersin or Tavarres King will be placed on the practice squad. Both are still practice squad eligible. King was on the regular roster last season but was inactive for all ten games.

Philly Brown leaps ahead of the odd man out due to his punt return skills.

Right now my offensive strategy would go a little like this.

What's this?
Who is this? Is he your friend? Do you know him? Do you? Say hello.
Say hello. Say hello.
Big boy, you like thunderstorms?
Bet you do, right?
Little thunder? 1qFix9.Em.138.jpeg

Couldn't they just use Alexander's roster spot, while he's suspended, for Webb.  Four games should be plenty of time to determine whether he needs to be kept or not.  I'd rather keep the receivers away from the PS, because any of those guys will most likely disappear quickly there.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27
    • Your intelligence is artificial.
    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
