Per PFT, Rhonde Barber says that Anderson and Cam attended the production meeting.  The importance of this is that it is unusual for backup QBs to be involved in these meetings, unless they're playing of course.

Just wanted to pass this on and get everyone's take.  Like Jeremy said, I think the mind games are overblown and they really are playing this by ear.

I'd love to see Cam play tomorrow but then again I'd also love for him to be 100% healthy when he does end up playing.  Either way the offense is going to have issues tomorrow which means the defense is going to have to be spectacular.

Cam will play. May not start, but he'll play. It'll take 2 bad drives. If Anderson starts and can't move the ball, Cam will be the spark they turn to. Mark it down.

This seems like a good approach. If Anderson is clicking with the offense, your franchise QB gets another week of recovery time.

If Anderson and the O can't move the ball and it looks like the game may get out of hand, send in Cam and take your chances.

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
