Are we?  The only thing I can f'ing read on any big site right now is how horrible we are because of the Hardy situaton.  Reading MMQB,  you wouldn't even know we won yesterday..... it's just one big smear piece on the Panthers,  Richardson and Greg Hardy.

Might as well take it to the next (ridiculous) level-

We are the best NFL team ever! (after 2 games)

fug 'em. There won't be any asterisk beside the W/L record after the season.

Were still 8-10 games away from securing a playoff spot and maybe the division i wouldnt start celebrating yet but things do look good. The only thing that worries me

Is that lookin at the schedule we arent gonna get many freebies which is kind of a good thing cause if we do win then we are amazing!

    • Names I'd keep an eye on... Coby White,  Jalen Suggs, Amen Thompson  and Stephen Castle...  3 teams except Orlando has checked on Melo before and rumblings of sours getting rid of fox too. I'd think they think Melo and Wemby would make them nuclear out west.
    • Well he somehow had 12 preseason carries for not playing. He also has 20 carries in the regular season, not three. He has actually played in about 7% of the offensive snaps for this regular season(33% of the special teams snaps). This isn't stuff you have to make up, these are very easily referenced statistics, man.
    • It's not common for a RB to recover from two ACL tears in the same knee. It's fairly rare. You are correct that it isn't the career ender that it used to be but there is also the fact that we appear to have largely moved on with the additions of Dowdle and Etienne.  Dobbins is a very good example. He has basically missed 54% of his career regular season games since he came into the league in 2020. It will end up being 57% at the conclusion of this season. It's a big contributing factor to why he is on this third NFL team in 6 years. It's certainly possible that may be 4 by the beginning of next season. I would say there is very little chance that Brooks ever contributes in any meaningful way in Carolina. Possibly with another team but I am extremely skeptical of his future here because of those injuries and because of the roster.
