We didn't waste a week. We tested the guy out and found out that he sucks. There's a reason the Skins cut their 6th rounder.

Being that we needed a RB, and the guy we just signed was both available to sign and had been with our opponent whom we just got blown out by throughout the preseason, I'd say we did waste a week.

And we still signed Seastrunk because we needed a RB on the PS.

Maybe, just maybe, they were hoping that Lache would work out. Most folks don't blame them for taking a chance on that one. Hellz, if they knew Lache wasn't going to work out, they probably wouldn't have signed him. Hindsight and all.

Our needs changed from a PS RB that could be developed if there was potential, to a RB that is familiar with the system and could actually step up and play if called upon. There was no way Seastrunk was seeing the field this year, there is a legitimate possibility that Poole might.
