Time for a players only meeting

The "captains" on this team have a "c" on their chests for a reason. They are supposed to be the leaders, the guys that keep their units together, mortivated, and focused. The coaches have not been doing their job very well,so the players need to take personal pride in themselves and come together.Time for a players only meeting and CALL EACH OTHER OUT..face to face and man to man. The season is not lost but it can't go on like this much longer or it will be.

So, u're calling a player's only meeting to get rid of the coaching staff or demand more from those not stepping up? I am missing the point of this thread.

You call a players only meeting to motivate each other, refocus and come back togther. That is the point of it. They are not playing up to their abilities..any of them.

The thing is, they are. Those guys on the OL aren't going to transform into pro bowlers overnight or with a team pep talk. There are really issues to be dealt with on this team that a team meeting isn't going to fix.

With the NFC up for grabs still, DG needs to get to work this week and dangle Addison out there or something. He needs to do something fast about that OL.

We need to hope Davis heels up quickly and one of our main RB's too. Our secondary is another issue but first things first, we need to give Cam a fighting chance.

were 2-2, jeebus get a grip.  season isnt over. we were way worse at this point last year.  Win the NFCS.  All we have to do.  And if u havnt noticed, every team in the division is imploding.

I don't know what games you are watching, but we are WAY WORSE this year. We weren't getting blown out to start the year last year. You gon keep saying that until we are 2-6

    • Ravens mixing it up with a random Mark Andrew tush push last year isn't a similar situation.  Lamar has run QB sneaks his entire career.  And often instead of a traditional sneak will even employ a 4th and 1 direct snap to Lamar simply because of how athletic he is (which even Cam did a lot of) and let him pick his own holes.
    • height being an issue doesn't just mean batted balls.  You could argue Bryce minimizes batted balls by adopting other poor habits such as his jump passing and leaving the pocket.   As I said, there are plays you can point to where he clearly was blind to parts of the field/players....which kills plays and opportunity. Which actually means some of the shorter/hot throws when things break down are where his vision gets blocked (and he had below average production all around the line of scrimmage).   has he figured it out? I mean, he improved off a trainwreck start.  But Bryce Young since arriving in the league (even while figuring it out)......doesn't generate much offensive production vs his peers.  I just think his ceiling is low.   And that's not in the grand scheme what you want in the NFL.  I think he can develop into a serviceable QB, that will largely always been a middle of the pack or low end starter.
    • People make a lot of noise about his footwork and I think it is overblown. Whether he takes 3 steps backwards or 5 small steps doesn't matter as long as he ends up at the right depth and is in sync with  the receiver regarding timing. If he does that consistently who cares as long as he has a firm stable base as he delivers the ball. Which he does need to work on. However even that is somewhat overblown given that often QBs have to throw off balance or from different arm angles to fit the ball around defenders. He is considered very accurate so apparently it isn't hurting him that much.
