RW74zqC.pngYou know its a bad day when Kalil and Olsen are in the red. Bell and Chandler smh good lord I knew we should have drafted some OT's. Fugging James Hurst was ripe for the taking.

Short still beasting it. Not sure why he isnt starting. Prob is our best DL right now with no Hardy and CJ going complete GHOST.

Cam is having his best season passing despite the OL issues. His running / elusiveness has really fallen off though.

Lxu7DjU.pngWho would have thought CJ would have been rated the poorest player on D this offseason? DeCoud has been terrible. Def need an upgrade at S next offseason.

But I thought I was wrong to say Lotulelei is playing well this season?

Cam Newton has balled out this year as a passer.  So impressed with him.  Love Short too.  We have a good foundation on D.  Just need to acquire more talent in the secondary.

Should've taken Seantrel Henderson late instead of trading a pick to get bene

I'm not one of the guys who hates on em, but seriously, how the hell are Chandler and Bell still starting at this point?  They have been blown the fug up consistently, we've screamed this, and the grades bear this out too.  Also, incredibly depressing to see CJ's production considering he is the highest paid player on the team.

    • The OL has certainly been better than the trainwreck it was three or four years ago. As far as competitiveness let's apply some realism and clarity here. Quite a bit of the competitiveness in 2025 came from the defensive side of the ball which gave up the most points in league history the year before and was one of the bottom 5 units in terms of salary cap allocation for 2025 while the OL was top 3. We had the 26th passing offense last year. And if not for a herculean couple of games from Rico Dowdle we don't back our way into the division title or make the playoffs because we went 4-6 in our final ten games including being swept by the Saints who were starting a rookie 2nd round pick most of us mercilessly mocked when they selected him. In conclusion yes we've seen a difference. The question now is will the investment pay off the way we want. But the only way that happens is if we field a top 15 offense. If we can't even crack the top 20 then there need to be some very warm seats across the board. And I would hope just about anyone here should agree with that.
    • These Spurs are lowkey loaded.  If healthy, they could win it all this year (#2 in the West right now). I still think we’ve gotta keep Kalk on Wemby; he’s not getting completely dominated like every other NBA center.
    • Am I the only one who doesn't understand this fan bases infatuation with adding a high end TE? Especially when we have some bigger bodies in T-Mac and Coker who can slide into the slot at times and provide the big dependable target over the middle that most teams use their TE for. I mean, sure, it would be nice to have one of those elite TE's, but I feel like that's a position your better off going cheap with a committee who each bring something different to the table while spending our cap room on the more important positions. I like the potential we saw from Evans this year, Sanders could be a best if he can stay healthy, and Tremble has improved as well.  Just feels like spending high draft picks or cap space on other needs and more important positions is a better use of our resources than splashing on a TE in the draft or FA. Are those guys on the level of the Bowers or McBride's of the world?  Of course not, but we also are paying a fraction of the cost on our TE room than they are, and we're able to use that money for other needs.
