shula vs chud

chud is deff better then shula but chud also had his problems , i wasnt even pissed that we got rid of him but damn i wish he was back because , we have a damn talented offense with cam alone now add k.b in the mix , imagine what  chud would do with a w.r like kelvin got damn !!!, if we do get rid of shula we need a aggressive caller thats going to focus on scoring points even if were up by 21 .

a big difference is when we have a lead , when we have a lead with shula he just runs clock and punts , takes no risks at all, just look at the tampa game where they almost came back .

if chud has a lead hes gunna try to score more points .

both aren't ideal ocs for us but if i had to choose one it would deff be chud

basically any coach in the NFL that believes and coaches ball control.....the huddle will say Chud is better than them

Chud isn't a better OC than anyone

People just hate ball control O. That is simply a preference of type offense preferred.

You are delusional. You are telling me with how the defense has been looking the past 2 games that we have a better chance of winning with Shula? I hope you enjoy the traditional Shula 10 point offense.

Shula + bad defense = 3-13

Chud + bad defense = 7-9

No, I am telling you our offense was at its worst under Chud when the game was on the line.  Chud and decent defense = out of the playoff picture before we get through the first 8 games.

Losing sure does cloud people's memories.

There's a reason no other team in the league wanted him as an OC after the Browns fired him. He eventually wound up as a consultant for the Colts, but even that took a little time.

Also worth noting that the pretty much all the guys who worked under Chudzinski are glad he's gone.

Y'all obviously don't remember how frustrating chud was or how he lacked any common sense or in game adjustments.

The zone read was getting teed off on and chud would not stop running it.

By the time the season was already lost he went back to more pro sets and we started winning.

Bro after the 2012 season they liked his offense so much that they offerd him a head coach job in clevland

One team from a distance saw what Cam Newton was doing.....and credited Chud.

He was fired after 1 season. They quickly realized Chud was a boob and they hired a guy that luckily got attached to Newton

I think people are looking at it in a pure statistical manner. Everyone knows Chud was disliked and it prob was a good idea for him to be gone but they also agree Shula was a poor choice to replace him. Shulas track record speaks for its self and it does not seem like its going to change with the Panthers.

Shula's track record here:

12-4 in 2013

2-2 in 2014

What exactly does that say?

Going to raw yardage numbers means nothing when talking about ball control coordinators.....which is the standard Shula attack. His yards and pts per drive was just as good as anything Chud did. Difference is Shula's O was efficient in 2013
