Rivera: "Hardy should be in due to postponed trail"

Recommended Posts

i'm usually not a grammar policeman but "trail" is more consistent than shula in the last 24 hours. no beef bro. it is what it is....

hardy should have never been out! they are quick to sit him yet slow to make moves towards being legit with a win! the front office is soft!

That along with the BS crying from Richardson. He used to be an NFL player, man up and protect him (hardy) until it is completely obvious that he did something wrong.

I don't think anyone truly knows what will happen with the Greg Hardy saga so it's probably just best to wait and see. I personally would like to see him play. We are not out of the realm of winning our division and he would instantly improve the D-line.

    • Sure. All you have to do is fall backasswards into a serviceable late round QB on a rookie contract and then spend a ton of resources on offensive pieces and have an offensive guru of a head coach. That all falls apart when you pay the serviceable late round QB like an elite franchise QB. His arrow is pointing downward because the offensive pieces surrounding him are starting to fall off. They're paying him for the guy he was when he was surrounded by elite pieces. When he was surrounded by merely good this past season he was an average to below average starter. And honestly, that's precisely what he is. Paying him this type of money they're gonna struggle to surround him with good, forget great. Within two years this move is likely to be looked at as a massive folly.
    • Didn't Drake London run in the 4.5s too? That ain't slow if it's real game speed and not combine prep speed.
    • Didn't the Giants win their last Super Bowl after going 9-7?
