The offense has shown it's capable, look at the Bengals game, we were aggresive and put up points, okay Cam ran a lot more than we wanted to but with Williams and Stewart back that may help lighten the load a bit. Between Shula and the O-Line there are still people blaming Cam for the offense sucking ass...............

To be fair, a lot of us knew what we were getting when they hired him as OC.  I was just hoping it wouldn't be THIS bad.

Every team in the league have flaws and weaknesses. Some more than others but every team have them.

 

A great coach work around those weaknesses and uses the strength. 

 

Cam is our strength on O... Shula is using him wrong. Stop with the option crap, let Cam play hurry up. Cam is clearly best when he just plays and not over think every play.

Our O-line is our weakness on O... Shula is ignoring that and keeps calling 4 hours routes.

 

This is why Shula is crap. He has absolutely no ability to recognize strength and weaknesses on his team and thus cant adapt to anything. We just do the same poo every week hoping this is the week it all come together.

Hope Shula isn't here next season but he will be for the remainder of this one. If fans can call red zone plays better than he can, why is he in the NFL? Like some of you, I yell at my TV or from the stands what the play should be, and it is frustrating he does the opposite. It's not freakin rocket science, you're running game is ballin, but you decide to attempt a 12 yard pass when it's 3 and 2....I dunno...it baffles me.

Fox and DelRio reunited. If we ruin this QB and not supply him with what HE needs to make this offense succeed then pack it up! The NFL has changed. At least John Fox was forced to change with it when they got Manning. I've seen enough ShulaBall to see that it does not fit the talent we have. Chud loved the TE position. Shula doesn't use Greg Olsen like they should. Create plays for your TE who is as sure a catch as any in the NFL. I don't see any system. I see a guy trying to do the opposite of what he thinks the other guy thinks he's gonna do. Nice guy, not the right guy

It is a sad commentary when you search pages of posts and can't find 3 or 4 which actually uses any facts to back up their opinions instead of just turning into a group bitch fest.  Even those who use numbers often use largely useless ones like quantity stats instead of quality stats or use relative rankings instead of specific numbers to make their point.

 

I remember when this forum was actually populated by knowledgeable fans who took the time to actually do the research and understand their team instead of just join in and complain over and over about the same thing every day in multiple threads.  I suppose many of us post less frequently because other than team news you get very little in the way of insight or good discussion by 90% of the posters here.

For those who want Chud back how do you explain that we actually scored slightly less in 2012 than we did under Shula in 2013.  22.3 ppg for Chud versus 22.9 ppg for Shula.
