When he is acquitted and he will be.   I hope the Panthers sue the NFL for the 13 million we had to pay him.

I also hope Hardy sues the crap out of the NFL.   Furthermore, I think the NFL should add 13 million to our 2015 cap.

Won't happen but that is what I would love to see happen.

Jerry Richardson sue the NFL?????

BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Probably so. It was a huge mistake to push for the jury trial when he could have taken his medicine and let things calm back down. He was found guilty by the judge and he will be found guilty by the jury. I'm not sure if it is ego or incredibly bad legal advice but the decision to keep the case alive was a colossal fug up.

Actually probably not, by my math when he is paid 812,500 per game and he would have been suspended for 6 games, that equates to $4,875,000 in his checking account by taking the action that he did.  This was his first big contract.  Would any of us walk away from nearly $5mil?????  Bad for the Panthers and their fans.  Definitely not bad for Hardy aside from the negative publicity.

Did you follow the proceeding when it happened?  Everyone that was following was shocked at the Judges decision.

If his lawyer thought it was a slam dunk that he wasn't going to win.  Why fight a misdemeanor?

This is about principal.   This is about a gold digging _itch that figured out a way to get rich off an NFL player.
