NFL OKs New Conduct Policy

If you listened to the next sentence wherein she defined what she meant by the term feminism then it would be true.  I take it you are of the mind that women should be second class citizens assuming you watched the entire video that you bothered to link.

If you knew anything about her you would realize she is completely bullshitting. Her goal in life is for women to not become equal with men, but to be leaders of the world. She is an insane, power-hungry, sexist woman. She knows exactly what a "feminist" is and tried to re-define it after for her image.

Keep in mind that it will take more than a random accusation. A player wouldn't be put on leave unless there were at least enough evidence of a crime to indict/charge the player.

The idea that someone can claim rape the week before the Super Bowl to have a QB suspended wouldn't ever happen unless she had some reasonable level of proof.

If police do not witness a crime all a person has to do is file charges.

For instance when PJ Hairston was arrested the Durham Police did not charge him, the victim did.

No it isn't. 90% of men would be immediately fired from their job if they were arrested and charged with beating a woman and communicating death threats. Facts be damned, justice system be damned. That's not how the world works. You are innocent until proven guilty from a legal standpoint. That has nothing to do with public opinion or employment, though.

The only difference is if I went home tonight and had an altercation with my wife and she said I hit her and I got arrested and managed to bail out the next morning before work, my boss would never know about it until the situation resolved itself in the courts and I had to do jail time. If it was dropped then he wouldn't know and I'd go about my business.

If a victim presses charges after an incident, it does not lead to an automatic arrest. Police still need to determine if there's merit before asking for warrant from a judge through the prosecutor's office.

You'd have to get off work to go to court. Unless you like lying to your employer.

You can be charged with a crime before being arrested.

The memo says that the policy would place players on paid leave if they are charged with a crime

Pressing charges against someone and being charged are two different things. Being charged can only happen from the authorities.

Not if it is a misdemeanor. Which for instance Greg Hardy's charge was a misdemeanor. In those cases the victim has to prove their case in court like a prosecutor would
