Don't count the cardinals out just yet

I really wish people would stop drawing serious comparisons between 2008 and now.

Yes, it's a home playoff game that we are probably the favorite to win. But in pretty much every other way, this game is different from the one in 08.

I agree, everything is different. But the fact that anything can happen still remains. The other comparisons were just to support that point.

He also threw three picks...

They attack. What they do. Put in the 8th string QB and they will try for the knockout blows.

They land some. Did today. Question was asked how could they possibly score....well, they showed.

They will rely on the big play. They aren't built to be efficient on O

So evidently the Cards D must not be as great as we are thinking afterall, went over to their forums and here is what they are saying

"Doesnt matter even if Carson Palmer was back, if our D keeps playing terrible we are toast."

(This next one made me perk up)

"We gave up 267 rushing yds and 7.9 carry to the Seahawks and allowed the 9ers to rush for 206 rushing yds and 6.1 ypc."

"Our D is garbage.. Bad against the Falcons and bad against Seattle and San Fran."

"Were you saying that about ATL as well, yea we really went up there and kicked the Falcons butt.. NOT! If you watched the game, we didnt get the stops we needed."

Wow, I totally forgot they lost to the Falcons

Hey how did that argument about being scared of Julio turn out for you? I think Normans play proved me right and you wrong as hell.

No WR is going to do to diddly poo when your defensive front wrecks shop like that.

None of my opinions on Julio change. Team sport. Lots of moving parts.

Same applies to a CB that gets torched. It isn't always his fault....if there is no pass rush a CB will eventually get beat

Im going to be completely honest, im already looking ahead to the Seahawks or Packers. Lets not kid ourselves, they have Ryan Lindley backed by a 31st ranked rushing offense, a D that just gave up a combined 600 rushing yds and 6.8 YPC to the Hawks and 9ers, all this while traveling 4000 miles across the country in a different time zone to play us. Did I mention they even lost to the Falcons?!

    • I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
    • 1.) LaMelo 2.) Kon 3.} Miller 4.. Giannis 5.) Moose   1.) Coby 2.) ? 3.) Sion 4.) Miles Bridges 5.) Kalk That squad would win multiple chips.
