All hail our 1000 yard receivers

Kelvin Benjamin and Greg Olsen both finished with 1008 yards this year.  Im so glad we got Olsen years ago, he's slowly becoming my favorite Panther since both Hardy and DLo probably wont be on team next year.

If only KB could stop dropping the ball, he'd be up there competing for best in the league.

Here's to a hopeful win next Saturday!

Benji's gotta get over whatever it is that's making him lose concentration, but damn, if Olsen hasn't really turned himself around.  Remember all the things Chicago said about him?  Sure don't see that here...

the kid needs to be a huge off season project for Ricky

Turn himself around? Olsen was always good.

If we had only kept the core WRs from last season.

There were many on here who blasted Gettlemen for it.   Here is what we would have to deal with:

1.  Steve Smith's contract would be guaranteed for $7 m in 2015 and $9m in 2016.  While he topped 1000 yards in Baltimore, I am not sure that would have happened here.  Last season, Smitty had 745 yards and 4 TDs. Definitely not worth $23m over the next 3 seasons.

2.  We would have had to match offers to Brandon Lafell and Ted Ginn, both totalling over $6 million per season (Combined).

3. You would not know the name Philly Brown.

Gettlemen has to make every decision with the cap in mind.  He is taking a sick ledger sheet and making it healthy.  The fact that this team is in the playoffs for the 2 years he has been cleaning the books is incredible.
