Coach Ron is right. They need to do something about this. The outside linebacker votes are going to undersized defensive ends. Two true outside linebackers even got votes. How did Ryan Kerrigan even make the list?

A lot of it is the media's doing. They over promote Luke and everyone assumes he does everything. Like when Roman Harper got his touchdown, they circle Luke blocking on the telestrator and ignore Thomas Davis right next to him.

Elvis Dumervil won the All Pro vote at outside linebacker and also received votes at defensive end... JJ Watt got 5 votes at defensive tackle. Theoretically these idiots in the media could have voted someone ALL Pro at 2 positions. 

 

This system needs to be revamped.

Not really theoretical. Watt is 2nd Team All-Pro at DT.

Kuechly had a good year actually. People forget that this is his only his third year though because he is so smart and carries himself like a 10 year vet. He will have mistakes, but can you honestly say one person that deserves to be called the best linebacker in the league besides Kuechly?
