Is John Fox trying to talk his way out of Denver?

What could he gain by planting a seed that he would be let go if he lost. I'm not really following that angle.

A walk out the door just like he got, just like he tried to get going into 2010 when he didn't have the roster or QB he wanted with the Panthers.

So using this tactic he's 1-1 at getting what he wants since it worked in Denver for him. Now he gets to go to Atlanta or Chicago where they have some semblance of a QB already in place. All he has to worry about is the defense and he's damn good at doing that.

Going from coaching Peyton Manning to coaching Jay Cutler?

He got to the playoffs a few times with Delhomme and once with he who shalt not be named.

While a gigantic drop off, I think he could manage to get the Bears back to having a Bears defense and to the playoffs.
