Steve Smith attempted to fight Jermaine Wiggins after loss?

Yeah, no way that is the way it happened, Steve would never do anything like that.  He has been a perfect locker room guy and great team mate.

Oh, by the way Steve, we know you said you were definitely coming back next year and were really looking forward to it and everything.......why don't you take a few weeks to think it over before you make the decision?  I mean retirement might be good for you, you know?  Take some naps, hang out with your kids.  Just take your time, right?  No rush.  Tell you what...we are going to be sooooo busy evaluating the draft and stuff....how 'bout instead of you calling us, we'll call you.

Could explain why there aren't many players speaking out against 89?    They afraid his bully arse will eventually hunt them down and attempt to fight them in front of their families?

becasue nobody really gives a Bup Bup, except those fans that can't let it go.

I was really hoping on the bup bup button being there. :(

need the code!

C'mon man did you watch us play in December? We played much better than Atlanta and New Orleans especially since we blew them both in their stadiums with an equal chance to win the division. I don't think we had a Super Bowl caliber roster but we represented ourselves well in the playoffs. You can try to marginalize our success by saying we were lucky but the bottom line is we won.

Nobody dumps on the Panthers like some Panthers fans. When we win, it is because we caught a lucky break.....When we lose, it's because we suck. Sheesh.

we did catch a lucky break .

Panthers WRs with 1000 yard seasons since 2005 (excluding Smith)

Kelvin Benjamin - 2014

Gotta go back to 2004 for the last time anyone but Smith did and that was Muhammad, speaks volumes really

Another interesting note about 2004:

Keary Colbert's stats with Moose in his rookie year (Smitty was on IR after week 1)?

47 REC, 754 YDS, 5 TDS

He never had more than around 300 YDS and a few TDS playing with Smitty after that season. I bet Keary still trembles when he sees the number 89.
