There's plenty I didn't agree with Stewart on, or Colbert, or many others for that matter...but it's a sad day when guys like Stewart and Colbert leave. Biased at times? Sure. But they brought a helluva lot to the table, in an age where politicians and others need to have their asses called out. The mix of honesty and satire for me made it a perfect format, to escape the poo shown on 24 hour loops at Fox News, CNN, CNBC and the like. At least John Oliver is still around

Not to mention Colbert wrote his entire show himself for months during the writers strike and it was still funny as hell. The guy is amazing.

What the Daily Show did the last 15 yrs is remarkable.

To be honest tho, if they bring in Sarah Silverman it bombs. Tina Fey sure.
