Cam is going to get paid

Cam will get his money and he will be in the Panthers uniform for the next decade. You don't find QB's all the time that's actually good and can play with the skill set of a cam. We are blessed as a fan base to get Cam and now we are on the path to getting him some legit weapons and offensive line. Gettleman will give Cam a nice contract that's also team friendly to add more weapons.

It will be for at least the next three years (and probably longer).

You would really force a player to be here if you felt like he didn't want to? You said you're a Panther fan, no one player is bigger than the team. I wouldn't tag him if I wasnt 100% sure he's going to sign. Can't get Lebroned.

    • We’re past the talk and hypotheticals with Bryce. If he needs a perfect game from his receivers to not put up a stinker he’s not franchise starter material.
    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
