Veteran Combine

This is a bunch of guys who's actual play led to them to being out of demand. I cant imagine a good GM or scout allowing another combine performance to trick them again. I dont see this concept lasting long but who knows.

Still would love to know why they excluded T-bow and Young.

I thought the whole idea of this thing was to give guys like them a chance to catch on somewhere.

Mikel LeShoure is interesting too. Crazy how much turnover there is in the league.

His problem has been injuries. He looked solid for a bit before he started having trouble staying healthy.

Maybe the idea was, since The Golden Calf of Bristol just got a workout, that they don't NEED the combine since they still have some perceivable value?

I just can't think of a good reason. To me, they should have been allowed.

They probably thought it would make the new Veteran Combine look like a big circus with them there , Also they could have thought that  it would have taken away from the other players  that don't have the news media`s love/hate relationship, Who knows for sure tho ,

If I were Gettleman, I would not waste one minute on this thing.  Most I would do is ask Max Henson if he wanted to go on a paid vaycay down to Tempe and use his iPhone to get me a pic of how fat Joe Adams has got.
