Yeah.....  No.

I smoked for 12 years. I quit the day I found out I was going to be a father.

No withdraws, no cravings, no dick sucking.

So your personal claim outweighs actual research and evidence. Interesting science, there.

Marijuana isn't addictive in and of itself. It's the human brain that can find marijuana addictive. It's similar to how kids get addicted to video games. It's just a reaction caused by the pineal gland.

Yeah, it does.

12 fuging years of research and evidence that I didn't read off the internet.

Lol.

So the article I cited said 9% who use it become addicted, jumping to 17% among teens and 25-50% among daily users. How does your case disprove that?

This. You can become addicted to just about anything. Doesn't mean that everything is addictive.

Dat evil gubmit kepin' dem miracle weed down! Can't trust 'em over weedcurescancer.com.

I remember government funded research in the 70's and 80's stating pot killed brain cells. What they were really doing so suffocating monkeys with marijuana smoke and being like look brain damage. The government has had a vested interest in keeping the American public ignorant when it comes to actual facts regarding marijuana then being truth. I mean they have literally being making billions of dollars keeping it illegal and throwing black men in jail. So yeah why the fug would anyone believe what comes out from them. Your opinion isn't rooted in fact at all. It's pure misinformation and you look foolish for spouting that nonsense

This.  Each individual is impacted differently.  For some, it can be a mental addiction rather than a physical one.

You realize it actually costs money to throw people in jail, right?

I understand you view your weed so highly that any criticism of it is seen as abhorrent. But to say I'm misinformed, when you are denying that usage of marijuana impacts cognitive function, is absurd.

You obviously have no idea about the privatization of our prisons which led to my statement. Educate yourself on that. Glad you see you back track on your addictive stance though. Maybe you should also Google the difference between habit forming vs addictive.

One has to literally be blind to not see the link between the start of the war on drugs and corporations like CCA being founded. The amount of misinformation that was disseminated by our government still seems to have a hold of some of our low iq posters like tn05. Cause marijuana is totally addictive. This website I googled told me soooo!!!

The government makes money by privatizing prisons?   You are going to have to explain that one.

    • So the last guy who had the job got hired by his former team directly into a role he has no direct experience in?
    • Hard to pass up millions for a couple of days work per week for a coaching gig in the NFL that is 60-80 hours each week during the season and a more relaxed 50 hours a week during the off season. Yeah, I'd love to see him as our DC but hard to see him giving up the cushy job there if he gets it. And he's going to be a great commentator for the network.
    • Really, I think that is where negotiations come in. If you've got a QB getting you to 10 wins but statistically he's not a great performer, then you say look you can take $22 million or you can try it on the market. Because let's face it, out there, any leadership skills that we're seeing aren't going to be on the table, it's just going to be performance and that lands him in the QB2 market, which is much, much less lucrative (although any of us would love that money).  No one is saying that Bryce will be a $50 million QB, barring something short of a miraculous jump. I'm just saying that if we are winning somehow with him at the helm, then it would be fuging stupid to dive back into the rookie pool all over again. Let's say we do hit the 10 win mark, heck, let's call it 11 and a second round in the playoffs. I think we can all say that would be a really uplifting result and one that should be doable if we have good play. What do we do then? Here's what I would offer if I were Morgan and Tepper. $25 million a year for 3 years, each year with up to $10 million in incentives for touchdowns, wins, playoff depth, being under 10 interceptions, completing a full season, passing yardage milestones, taking less than 15 sacks. Look, Bryce isn't a Ferrari, he isn't a Corvette, or a mid-level BMW. He's probably a new Toyota Sienna that will definitely get you somewhere and bring the whole team along with it, no fuss but not a lot of pizazz.  And really, it's about the destination, not about what drove you there.
