No game planning...check

No S.Smith For the Majority...check

No jon beason.... check

No Thomas Davis... check

Dwill gets like 10 carries the entire time...check

No Jstew....check

Thomas Davis and Jon Beason back will make the defence worlds better, plus we will play more than 3 coverages...

wtf? preseason or not, there's game planning involved. The entire aspect of practice, IS GAME PLANNING.

Steve Smith isn't going to be there all the time.

yes we were missing starters, but the whole point of backups is that they can come in and contribute. We didn't see a while lot of that out of our backups.

The defense looked soo bad, I mean seriously every team we faced scored on us the first 2 possession. it was ridiculous.

yes we were missing starters, but the whole point of backups is that they can come in and contribute. We didn't see a while lot of that out of our backups.

Backups can contribute, but 4-5 backups starting hardly qualifies for the "First Team"

And no they don't game plan they don't watch film script plays, play to the other teams weakness Fox especially is Notorious for this, they were not giving Dwill the carries he will get in the regular season...

Please dude, get real. I don't understand how some people can't grasp the concept that preseason performance doesn't mean squat.

riiight, preseason is practice, if you don't look good in practice how can you expect a complete 180?

      Apparently CSW lost his starting job to Thornton last year. If he can stay healthy I bet Thornton keeps that NB position.

      I member him staying after practices with only to see he was wearing heavy weight vest, one of his trademarks. He also put in 10 years, right? People forget he was the ST stud that called the snap and made sure everyone lined up right. He was one of the "glue" guys that bought his "lunch pail" to work.... He was a willing solider, all teams need a couple of them. He blocked for sooo many panthers RBs- Davis, lane, Williams, foster, goings and when there was huge injuries he took over the starter duties and had a couple 100 yard games. If you followed hoover, he took the perfect RB path cause he was just a slow heavy one himself....

      Walker likely depends on a couple of things. What exactly did Dan promise him, to start with.  How much other interest he actually had for a starter job at high pay is another question. It isn’t outside the realm of possibility that he could stay on as a swing tackle waiting to take Moton’s spot when it opens.    I can’t get myself to consider Icky as a viable anything until we see him back on the field.     Hunt seems to be a team player and good guy but I don’t think he is worth what he is being paid. I have him tentatively earmarked for cap causality in the near future.
