Its crazy until you realize its normal. The turnover rate is very high each year, 30% is nothing. At least 7 draft picks, IR, trades, free agency, undrafted free agents, practice squads etc etc. Its similar to a restaurant after a year.

 

Believe it or not the first year for Dave had 25 new members on the 53 roster.

My only concern with Gettleman is his exercise and diet. He's around world class trainers and doctors everyday, I wish he'd take advantage of that. That fat fuger is a ticking time bomb.

There's a similar sentiment about someone else but I think DG and GRRM are going to still be crushing 6-7 years from now.  In that time, he may be grooming his successor.  (Never know, he may have already started but it's only year-3/4)
