At this point,  Lotuleilei needs to rest up. I wouldn't mind seeing him after the bye. 

I disagree. He hasnt done anything to need rest from. He needs to get to the point where he can practice hard and get in playing shape.

Perhaps he misspoke, but Rivera said Joe Webb can also be an "emergency running back," which is news to me. That's some versatility

I'd say Kevin Norwood will be inactive this week. He's still behind in the playbook. Panthers will likely keep Webb up with ST/WR help

Webb could probably do that too.  How well is up for debate, but the ability is likely there.

I thought it was 3? 

no he was four stars last year. I know because I bought a TD custom elite Nike jersey for $300 and bought the Panthers 20 year patch and wanted it to look authentic so I bought the captains C patch to put on it and it was a bitch to find one that was an exact match to TD's patch last year. Because his was 4 gold stars but no gold around the outside of the patch, which most C patches have.
