Now... he hasn't signed with the Panthers (either his choice or theres) for 2 years now.  Why couldn't "scheme" be part of that reason?  Or is it only an excuse for the Colts/Titans/Cowboys?

I bet the Cowboys would be interested.  Hell, they just traded for a guy with less performance in 2 years than Brown had in one.

I am not sure the running game could function without the threat of Cam rushing.

The passing game is key to the run game. As long as our receivers drop passes, have trouble getting open, or can consistently be single covered, then we aren't going to have an efficient running game, regardless of the threat of Cam running. 

We have to find a way for our receiving corps to consistently keep defenses honest, and that should take the pressure off Cam to be Houdini every other possession (well that and adequate protection).

Considering your answer above, how would YOU have acquired two starting offensive tackles, resign all your WRs that want raises, and reading Greg Hardy's mind to ensure that your franchise tag on him wasn't going to cost you $16 million?  And THEN extend your two franchise players to long term contracts (while others are pending like Norman, KK, and Star)?

Please use your financial acumen and go into detail as to your plan to do ALL of this.

No, scheme is quite possible. But watching the way we use our WRs I'm just not convinced we have a damn scheme.

False they had identical production last year, difference is Brice Butler is 6'3 and runs a 4.3.

See...   This is the poo that makes me question the legitimacy of our staff.  If you want him to run less, get a competent OC and surround him with players who can CATCH A FUGGING PASS.  Otherwise he's going to have to continue to put everyone his back and carry us to victories, literally.
