Beef rib smoking advice for the Panther/Texans game

Since we are playing the Texans I am smoking 4 racks of angus beef ribs. Here's the catch. I'm from the Carolina's and I only deal in pork ribs. Help me bro's.  I need some beef rib smoking advice.  Maybe a Texans fan can help? 

Texan BBQ deals mostly with brisket and sausage. After spending a year and a half there and going to the best BBQ place in the state, I feel qualified to say it just isn't as good as Carolina/St.Louis/KC BBQ. You need a Chiefs or Rams fan for rib advice.

Boil the beef ribs then wrap them in tin foil and throw them on the grill. Rub them in Montreal seasoning and boom. Heaven.

That's some Yankee poo. I'd rather hang myself with your underwear waistband than eat boiled ribs.  I'd still have titty sex with you though.
